Restaurant Incident
Pros:

Room was very spacious and location is excellent

Cons:

I booked the hotel thru booking.com and the package was Half board my room number was 611 and 318 we had dinner from the restaurant and back to the lobby one supervisor came with bill and he is demanding for two persons.And he started argument with me in front of my friends those who came to the hotel and meet me,i told this is half board package he is not accepting then I went to duty manager he said your both room included Half board without proper checking with the system that particular person insulted me a lot and felt very bad. This same incident should not happen with other guest.

Location. Decor. Comfort. Restaurant. Staff. Jagriti was our poc during the stay, she and her staff were super helpful e.g., quickly changed our room when we complained about noisy neighbors
