Pros:

Was very clean and convenient location

Cons:

The sound. There was constant music in the common rooms Resturants and lobby. We stayed there over 2 weeks and they turned down the music in the restaurant for a bit but still resumed it a few minutes later.

it is a mixture of good and bad, i would go back for the good food, but stay away from staying there

welcome, ease of check in courteous staff, good food that catered to my special dietary requirements. they met every requirement i had around these 3 points,

Cons:

poor quality of fruits placed in room, they are spolied, and rotten, bed was what i think had bugs, no cleanliness in the room, carpet had stains, room stinks.

Pros:

The most fabulous hotel! We were looked after so well and given the warmest welcome. Everything we could have wished for! Saurabh and Rishabh in the restaurant were outstanding, recommending local delicacies that were delicious.

The combination of attentive service, meticulous housekeeping, and a serene, elegant setting made my stay extremely enjoyable and memorable.

Memorable stay at The Leela Palace, Hyderabad.
Pros:

Hospitality, cleanliness, attention to detail, great food, mini bar, it was a beautiful experience! The staff were very courteous, affectionate and loving. I loved the ambience and the vibes of the lovely hotel! I enjoyed every minute spent there. The rooms were spacious and quite comfortable. I had a great time. Thank you very much!
