I just wanted to thank you for everything during our stay. We had a wonderful experience at the hotel and were very happy with the accommodation, service, and overall hospitality..
The hotel is quite new. The room was large and well-appointed and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had dinner at the Adi restaurant and it was top class- excellent... The breakfasts were also excellent with wide, all fresh choices....
The hotel transport, like I believe in the other similar class hotels in Hyderabad, was atrociously expensive. The ride on an SUV from the Hyderabad Airport to the hotel cost us Rs 5,900 (incl taxes) compared with an Uber XL (similar sized) would have cost us Rs 800 or less! Further the hotel car drivers seemed more interested in upselling to us shopping and restaurant options.
The hotel is lovely. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Very comprehensive fitness centre open 24/7 - we didn't get a chance to use it but impressed there was a steam room and sauna available.
breakfast buffet had many items available and lots of water in the room which was consistently replaced as part of the minibar.
Overall a really great hotel, clean and with all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay
The location wasn't quite as good as i hoped. I booked the area based on some online research but it was a little far away from where we ended up spending most of our time and it was also challenging to order ubers / taxis to and from the hotel. Seemed to be too far for most to want to travel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, and the service from all the staff was outstanding.
A special thank you to IT and Payal for going above and beyond to help me scan my medical documents. Even though the hotel didn't have a CD drive, they made every effort to find a solution and successfully helped me access and scan the files. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist made a stressful situation much easier.
Thank you to the entire team for the excellent hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location with big spacious rooms. Fantastic in room amenities in the Team&Coffee section and the mini bar. The breakfast has a decent selection of food and the staff is courteous.

Breakfast was much below standard
No body bothered to explain the facilities of the hotel to ensure the guest feels at home. Food quality in the breakfast was just a repeat on every day. Staying more than a day at this property will get anyone sick mentally.
