Lots of room to improve the services with personal touch
Pros:

Breakfast was much below standard

Cons:

No body bothered to explain the facilities of the hotel to ensure the guest feels at home. Food quality in the breakfast was just a repeat on every day. Staying more than a day at this property will get anyone sick mentally.

Staff in the coffee shop was very nice helpful attentive and polite.

Cons:

The food quality was not up to the class. Eg. Hyderabadi biryani was not like a typical Hyderabadi Dum Biryani.

good facility, good service and all stuff are all kind when we stay there
room size is good.........

Cons:

wish to have more international food
over 90% is indian food, this is a challange for foreginer.......
and the Chinese restaurant is too salty
