Breakfast was wonderful, Every staff managing breakfast was very much attentive. love the filter coffee. lots of varieties to choose on breakfast menu. located centrally and easy access to both cities.

Cons:

exceptional service. everyone was very welcoming including ground staff to floor managers. also let me check in 2hrs early.

Will be back again. Best property in Hyderabad. Convenient location.
Pros:

Phenomenal customer service. Great staff. Very polite and respectful. Willing to help anytime. Always smiling. Went out of the way to keep patrons happy. Gym is very well maintained. Sauna and steam room are very well maintained.

Exceptional Hospitality and outstanding housekeeping service at the Leela Hyderabad
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at The Leela Hyderabad. We celebrated our marriage anniversary along with our one year old kid at Leela. The property is beautiful, the ambience is calming, and the overall hospitality truly stands out. Upon requesting, we also got complimentary room upgrade at free of cost which is truly appreciated.

A special mention to the housekeeping team especially Veera and Navagata for their exceptional service. They were incredibly attentive and ensured the room was spotless and comfortable at all times. What impressed us the most was their willingness to promptly clean the room even in the evening upon request, with the same level of care and professionalism. Our child liked the soft toys presented by the housekeeping team. Swimming pool was well maintained and was fun.

Their dedication, politeness, and attention to detail made our stay even more pleasant. Truly appreciate their effort, thank you for making the experience so comfortable and memorable for our family!

Cons:

Dinner buffet at Solcito could have been better with more options. Welcome drinks were not served even though requested. Also not providing a bathtub even in upgraded room feels like a miss.
