Not the best.
Pros:

The facilities and room were clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was the same everyday. Limited spread for a 5 star hotel. TV was not working for a few days in a row despite technicians coming down. It wasn't fully rectified until I had to express my dissatisfaction to the staff. Uber drivers kept cancelling on us because the hotel closed the entrance for construction.

Very good in the main,
Pros:

excellent customer service, Good clean luxury facililty.

Cons:

It takes a lot longer than expected to travel to and from the airport to the Leela Hyderabad.
