Pros:

Расположение было отличное. Нам писали за два дня. И раньше запустили в комнату.

Cons:

Это оказался очень маленький апарт отель. Мы бронировали на троих, места в комнате практически не было. Было холодно, просьба починить кондиционер, либо уладить проблему была проигнорирована. Спинка кровати была сломана, и между кроватью и спинкой на полу была ужасная пыль. На утро обнаружила укусы насекомых на руке. В ванной также было холодно и грязно. Было дождливо. И весь подоконник и пол были мокрыми.

Sehr schlechter Aufenthalt. Kein Service, keine Sauberkeit – in 5 Tagen wurde kein einziges Mal gereinigt, Müll nicht entsorgt und Handtücher nicht gewechselt. Wir erhalten nicht unsere gebuchte zimmer, und Zimmer war in schlechtem Zustand (verstopte, Bad nach 2 Minuten Dusche komplette WC unter Wasser,). Von der Decke tropfte schmutziges Regenwasser, wodurch auch die Handtücher verschmutzt wurden.

Am Anfang war der Mann nett, aber am Ende hat er sich genau darüber beschwert – das finde ich sehr frech.

Cons:

Мы заселились 13.11.2025. Ночью было довольно прохладно, но отопления не было. Кондиционер работал с перебоями. В ванной комнате холодно. На след.день заселились ещё в другие номера и только потом наши радиаторы потеплели.

Um excelente investimento na hospedagem, para quem quer conforto e proximidade para turismo.
Pros:

O proprietário é muito simpático, estava à nossa espera e nos convidou para um chá numa casa de chá que fica ao lado, frequentada por moradores do bairro. Muito gentil realmente. A localização é super boa, próxima de todas as principais atrações turísticas de Istanbul. Foi possível conhecer o mercado egípcio, Grand Bazaar, Santa Sophia, Mesquita Azul, caminhando.

He lied to me and tried to give me a different room than the one I requested. He wanted to take me to another hotel and then bring me back to his room. This isn't a hotel; it's a collection of apartments with terrible rooms. Everything in the photos is a lie. The room I requested turned into a balcony. I don't recommend it. I wanted to cancel my reservation, but he forced me to pay 2000 Turkish Lira for the free online check-in, otherwise I would have to pay the full amount, which would cost me 262 Euros. He also threatened me. I was exhausted from traveling and arrived in the middle of the night. I went to look for another hotel and paid an exorbitant amount for a late-night stay. I didn't feel safe there. I absolutely do not recommend it.
