Pros:

写真の部屋とは違う部屋に案内されました。
綺麗でしたが、ショッピングモールからは少し遠いです。
ホテルの担当者とは滞在中すぐに連絡を取ることができます。

Cons:

シャワーヘッドが壊れていました。
スリッパはありません。
3つのベットと記載されているが、案内された部屋は2つのキングベッドでした。
洗濯は無料と聞いていましたが、お金を取られました。

The size of the apartment is big

The apartment didn't look anything like the photos. People had been smoking inside previously so there was a very strong cigarette smell throughout the apartment.

Good Location - Nice Host
Pros:

Convenient location. Right across from SC Vivo City Mall which has a lot of good restaurants, pastries and coffee shops, and a big Aeon Market inside.

Cons:

We booked and paid for a noncancellable deluxe non-smoking 3-bedroom apartment for five days but when we checked in, we were placed into a smoking 2-1/2 bedroom apartment which was converted from a former business office. However, after we expressed our concerns and dissent, the host quickly resolved the problem by moving us to a different apartment similar to what we booked on the following day. The second apartment was very nice and decent.

NOT GOOD TERIBLE HOSTS
Cons:

Firstly, there was no reception it's a flat in a block of flats not a hotel no room service no 24hr reception. We asked the security guard when we arrived to help, and he hold us to leave as it was against the law there for anyone to rent out any of the apartments for private use. So, we were stuck with nowhere to turn until eventually we got hold of the person renting us the apartment from booking.com on the phone and they told us that because we were early and there was no check in before 2pm that there was nowhere to store our luggage until 2pm. But after explaining that I had emailed several times to inform them that we would be arriving early and would they be able to store our luggage and told yes, the person on the phone although rude arranged for someone to come and collect our luggage and us and take us to this rotten hotel down the road to drop off our luggage and then return us back to the apartment block but we ended up having to get a taxi from the rotten hotel as there car broke down, then every time we went out of the apartment or got in the lift we would get funny looks and told we shouldn't be there and that it was against the law for us to be staying there and that the apartment block was built for low income family's only NOT for Airbnb or any other rentals. Also, the beds were the most uncomfortable beds ive ever slept in you felt nothing but the springs. The kitchen had no utensils to use not even coffee cups. Most of what they say in the description is a load of rubbish even most of the photos don't relate to the accommodation on offer here i really think Booking.com should remove the company from there site even the reviews on booking.com don't make sense as most of what people mention in the reviews doesn't exist.

DO NOT BOOK. We booked a 2 bed apartment for 3 nights. Arrived at the property to be told they don’t accept short term stays and tried to take us to another property.
