Overall a great place.
Pros:

The location is excellent. Not only is it a short walk from the train station, but there are numerous places to eat (not even including the many convince stores). Check in was easy, although with 4 people it took a bit of time on the tablet. No staff on site to help, which worried us but ended up not mattering. The shared kitchen/lounge space was easy to use and great for light cooking or warming up food. Everything was clean.

Cons:

The room we were in was very narrow, just enough to pass by the beds to get to the washroom, if you have large luggage you wont have space.

Muy pequeña la habitación pero muy pequeña solo son las camas y el pasillo para que salgas si abres una maleta ya no puede pasar nadie
Cama muy dura
Entra mucho frío la habitación tiene varias entradas de aire exterior y la calefacción ya es vieja y sin mantenimiento no calienta todo el mini cuarto en la noche se ven entradas de luz y corre bastante aire por abajo de las camas el frigo no funciona se descongelaron mis helados en verdad la pasé mal

トイレはウオシュレット
２段ベッドで２人分泊まれる
掃除はされている

Cons:

部屋が全体的に暗い
梁に穴が空いていて不気味
スタッフがいないのでセキュリティ面が不安
座るとこがない
物を置くとこがない
エアコンがベッドに直で当たる

干净卫生，整体的卫生很好

Cons:

上下铺的下铺太低了！应该离地面有个距离抬高；全屋没有一把椅子，建议配一把椅子就更好了.

Pros:

チェックインの手続きがタブレット上で行えるのが楽でした。チェックアウトも札をポストに入れるだけなので個人的にはかなり好きでした。

機械苦手な人はきついかも。
