Stimulating, ease of subway, always felt good coming back to hotel.
Pros:

Interesting location. Close to City Hall and the Brooklyn Bridge and in Tribecca. Enjoyed walking around. I must comment on the generosity of the artist/owner Kit Kemp. The generosity of her art (everywhere). Her choice of the finest products I.e. towels, and all the products. Everything one might need at their fingertips. Everything comfortable and generous. Breakfast in a beautiful space was extremely good. Best cappuccino.
