Alice Hotel Antalya

Odalar kirli, klima çalışmıyor. Resepsiyondan 3 defa ekstra örtü battaniye istedik. 3 saat sonra incecik örtüler getirdiler. Kahvaltı çok yavan. Gece boyu üşüyüp, sabah aç kalkıp gözümüzü hastanede açtık. Tatilimiz berbat oldu. Odaların ses yalıtımı berbat, tüm otelin sesleri odanın içinde duyuluyor. Daha kötü bir otelde kaldığımızı hatırlamıyorum.

Konaklama hizmetleri güzeldi. Sadece kahvaltı biraz vasatti, fakat çıkarken eksiklerini belirttiğimiz de teşekkür ettiler. Plaj ve plaj hizmetlerini de beğendim. Fırtınalı bir günde gittiğimiz için denize göremedik ama plaj bar da keyifliydi.

3 kişi kaldık.Fiyat performans olarak çok iyi fakat sabah kahvaltıda çalışan 50 yaşlarda bir bayan her kahvaltıya indiğimizde hep kahvaltı yapanları izleyip ne kadar aldığımızı gözetliyor bu da insanı huzursuz ediyor.

Es ist nicht in Ordnung das die Zimmer nur alle zwei Tage gereinigt werden. Selbst die Toiletten werden nur alle zwei Tage gereinigt

Nice clean and modern, obviously the finish is a Turkish standard but overall it's good. Nice cold AC. Great beds. Big rooms. Lifts and local malls and shops underneath and around. Parking available outside also.

This hotel was A class. Very clean, new comfortable great location reasonable the staff was very accommodating.

Personel ile ilgili bir sıkıntı bulunmuyor ancak otel yapılırken duvarları çok ince yapmışlar bütün kataki odaların sesleri gece boyu odanızda. Ayrıca tuvaletler kanalizasyon kokuyor sürekli içeri kötü koku basıyor. Yataklar çok rahatsız, fotoğraflarda 3 yatak var gösteriliyor ama ikili yatak ve koltuk var. Bir kişi mecburen daha da rahatsız koltukta yatıyor. O dereceki 2 gece konakladık ve çocuk 2 gece uyuyamadı. Alt katta güzel bir restaurantları var ama sitede gösterilen fiyattan başka fiyatlarla hizmet veriyorlar ve gerçekten pahalı. Temizlik konusunda hiç sıkıntı yok, mobilyalar ve tasarım çok güncel ve güzel.

Oda temiz ve genisti. Personel oldukca yardimsever. Otopark konusunda sorun yasamadik. Ancak kahvalti hizmetinin gelistirilmeai gerekli.

Good location, new building but poor service,

The service was not as good as expected .
They were not cleaing the floor. And the breakfast were all cold and leftovers.
No pool. No hand washing gel.

It was amazing expeeience, the staff were helpful and friendly. But the breakfast was poor, Low quality cheese and olives.Limited product variety .

Belekte güzel bir otel tesadüfen buldum, bir alışveriş merkezinin üst katında , odalar yeni ve temiz, park yeri var 2 gün konakladık, fiyat performans oteli tekrar kalırım. Land of legendsa gitmek için konakladım, memnun kaldım.

Breakfast it's included but not good and if you ask for coffee they say extra charge

Air condiditioner was fault. İt was dripping Walter. Breakfeast was normal. Room not Good not bad.

Absolutely 5 star I used to go to all inclusive hotels but not after staying here restaurant mall and hotel was super value for money but also classy I will return

Really good location staff where very helpful when we missed a nights booked they went out of the way to get us a room, we stayed here three times in totally out of a ten day trip and they where absolutely great, rooms are high class clean and I highly recommend this hotel for cost and area of Lara

As expected a basic hotel for overnight stay that we needed. We had booked and expected 2 beds but had one bed and had to make do with the sofa as second bed. For which they provided no bedding or pillow until we asked a few times. Good budget option for short stay.
