Good
Pros:

The location is convenient to get to the beach and to get around in general while also being relatively quiet for a town hotel.
It's good value for money.

Cons:

The room is quite small and smelled damp. I couldn't place any of my stuff in the cupboards because it smelled bad.
The toilet seat was not clean when I checked in.
