Pas a la hauteur de 4 stars
Pros:

Le staff est serviable

Cons:

Il y a des blattes ds la salle de bain. Les Chinois sont les rois du monde et fument ds la salle a manger. Ils hebergent leurs chiens ds les chambres. Le breafast est piteux: pas de cafe, pas de the, pas de lait! Que des legumes et des gateaux faits maison. A fuir!

Très propre, très bien situé, personnel sympathique, la piscine est superbe.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner servi jusqu'à 9:00 am, généralement jusqu'à 10:00 am dans la plupart des hôtels.
C'est pas grave, l'hôtel est confortable.

A decent option if you’re staying over in Sihanoukville to get a boat to the islands the next day.
Pros:

Good pool and very clean.

Cons:

I didn’t like the location.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. If the hotel wishes to attract Westerners then upgrade food options.
Pros:

The room, the swimming pool and the staff were all excellent.

Cons:

They have some rooms with no windows, We were quickly upgraded but no windows is not acceptable at the price.
The hotel is near a night club and the first night the noise was awful. Most Westerners cannot sleep with that level of noise. Fortunately subsequent 4 nights were nott so noisy (still a bit noisy).
The restauarant serves mainly Chinese food and not very good Chinses food. No Western options.
The cafe was OK buut closes at 6 pm.

Smooth and fast check in and check out process.
Pros:

Perfect spot when you want to relax. We had a nice day during our stay. With the stunning ocean view. Nice pool area. Over looking sunset. And very accommodating staff.
