The hotel was clean and staff was extremely friendly. They clearly care about their guests comfort during their stay. Which I greatly appreciated.
There were some shady characters in the elevator talking about how much my coat costs. Honestly though that’s a funny road story so not a huge deal.
the price was fair
They didn't have any silverware in the extended stay, I wish they would have posted that on the website. I brought a ton of food I wasn't able to cook.
Just coffee.
Odd place to stay.

Everything
The proper is always very clean
People smoking right outside the door so you were hit with a cloud of smoke is soon as you walk down to the hotel into the parking lot
The facility is newer and kept up very well
Nothing
I was unable to check in because the people at the front desk could not find my reservation. The hotels.com customer service representative was unable to resolve the issue with them. I had to make other arrangements on very short notice, which ended up costing me $300 extra. A great disappointment.
The hotels.com representative was able to process a full refund for me, which I appreciated.
The clerk was awesome. Recommend a great place to eat 🙌
The price was ok. The location near the airport was good-which was the purpose for being there (a 5am check in for a flight so we decided to get the hotel room rather than get up 2hrs earlier and drive an hour more).
It was a one night stay in an extended stay facility, which meant that it lacked the amenities you'd find in a regular hotel room. Not even bottle of water in the room. The front desk clerk was behind a plexiglass window. Construction workers sat around at the entrances smoking, etc. The room was bare bones, but functional. It had facilities to cook but nothing at all to cook or eat with, if we had wanted to do so.
The property is in good shape and very clean. However, the rooms come with nothing but sheets, towels, 3 hangers, and toilet paper. As an extended stay facility, i was hoping for a coffee maker, an iron, and some inexpensive dishes etc. So just beware that it is very bare bones.
Horrible construction, every step is heard from the neighbors above you. I would not stay unless I was on a top floor.
Was going to Epic for work and this was the only affordable option on late notice. New construction, smells weird, doesn’t feel safe for a single female, can hear rooms on both sides, mostly shift workers staying here. Loud until 1:30am, new shift noise at 3am ( you can hear everyone’s wake up alarms), bare amenities, no fan that stays on all night, air pops on and off and only when uncomfortably warm. Feels abandoned during the day. Water bottle was $4 and warm. Do not recommend.
