I booked for this Hotel through booking. Com to pay at the property. I arrived in pattaya sick after a 24 hours flight. I called this hotel by 12 noon to request for early check-in because of my health condition, the sales person got my information and told me that they were booked up. I had no other choice but to book for another hotel through booking. Come (ACQUA HOTEL) telling the sales person I'll be coming the next day. I arrived the next day, checked in by 1pm for the same room for two nights and paid cash as agreed. The sad news here is that BOOKING.COM changed my credit card for all three nights after the Classroom hotel collected cash and issued receipt for my stay at their hotel. I need my money re embossed immediately because I cannot pay for the same hotel double.

Pros:

Goede ligging, vlakbij strand en de strand straat waar van alles te doen is. Centrum ook op loopafstand

Cons:

Toilet kan wel eens slecht doorlopen. Wij zaten in nr 42 aan de voorkant. Wel iets rumoeriger dan de achterzijde maar is wel te doen .
