Душевный прем. Хозяин всегда поможет. Решает любой сложности проблемы. Чувствуется ради гостям. Завтрак домашний. Трансфер. 10 минут пешком до центра. Рядом овощной рынок. Рекомендую однозначно.

Awesome hotel
Pros:

Clean and new facilities.
Close to city center.
Quiet at night.
Huge rooms with A/C and confy beds.
Tasty homemade breakfast.
Lovely staff. Javohir is a fantastic young man, it was great to get to know him and learn about Uzbekistan and Bukhara by talking to him.

100% recommended.

Pros:

The room was clean, spacious, equipped with air conditioning, soap-shampoo-toothpaste-toothbrush was provided. Receptionist was very welcoming and ready to help. Price/value is exceptional. Location is good, in 10 minutes from Labi Hauz, Kalon Tower and Chor minor. You can find few mini shops just next corner and unique home made bakery of bread is near by. Breakfast was good, not very big variety, but I liked it. Fresh bread, eggs, fruits, some sweets with teat are provided to the table. You dont choose yourself. Overall, that is a great place for the money you stay.

Cons:

I was with my family , so one design problem was lack of privacy in the room, due to outside doors of the room does not close completely, so you have like 1cm of open space, inside door is made from glass, so yeah. But we stayed on the 2nd floor, so that was not a big issue. They can fix this with little effort, so that would be my advice to the property owner.

Superb
Pros:

Nice, spacious room, beautiful ceiling and tiling in the bathroom. Well functioning air conditioning. Location was 5-10 minutes walk from the very heart of the city.

Cons:

Rooms on ground floor lack some privacy (if you want daylight)

Pros:

Staff is super friendly and nice. They made us feel comfortable since our arrival 🥰

Close to the main landmarks of the city

Cons:

Wifi was not reachable from rooms
It would be nice to have some extra curtain in front of the main door of the room to have more privacy

Overbooking so we were moved to another hotel
Pros:

Completely new hotel we were moved to was really clean and neat. The staff was lovely. The original hotel (50 metres away) served delicious breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel was overbooked and they offered us another accommodation in a hotel more away from the city centre and of a lower quality (lower rating on booking.com as well). Only after I said I don't like it, they offered a new hotel just next to ours. The new hotel room was really nice, but the check in experience I mentioned above wasn't. The staff apologized a lot afterwards though.

Pros:

Lovely big room, great location in Bukhara old town. Very clean. Very helpful staff who went out of their way to help with all our needs. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

Our shower was broken in the first room but the staff were very helpful in moving us to a new room quickly. First room did not have wifi as it was too far away. No minibar (as was advertised).
