Hôtel très isolé, sans aucun taxi immédiatement disponible

L’accueil dans la nuit était cordial et efficace. Le personnel est aimable. Le lit est confortable. Le design de l’ensemble est réussi.

Cons:

Problème de communication : alors que j’avais prévenu de l’arrivée anticipée de ma femme seule, le réceptionniste a fait des difficultés à son admission. Pour une chambre à plus de 200 euros, il est inadmissible qu’il n’y ait pas de peignoir. Certaines prises électriques étaient déchaussées. La propreté du siège des toilettes, dans un hôtel aussi récent, est inquiétante pour la suite. La vue sur les alentours de l’hôtel est sinistre. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est disposé dans un espace étriqué, dès qu’il y a du monde, on se marche dessus pour se servir. Enfin et surtout, s’il y a bien des navettes pour aller à l’aéroport, AUCUN TAXI n’est disponible devant l’hôtel, et il faut attendre plus de 50 minutes pour en obtenir un qui accepte d’aller à Dakar (alors qu’à la réception, on parle de « quelques minutes »)!!!

Perfect Hotel for a business and leisure stay
Pros:

The stay was very good with an excellent service. They hotel organised the transfer from the airport and back. Both transfers were perfect. Breakfast had a wide selection and the buffet was very extensive. This statement is also correct for the lunch. The staff was very polite and courteous. A very good stay!!
