Pros:

Breakfast was top notch! Staff was helpful with all my random requests. Clean, great facilities.

Cons:

Onsen rule about no tattoos apparently applies even if you have small tattoos and cover them up? This is a bad rule; if you can cover them up they should allow people in, or at least have a specific timeslot when it is ok.

Comfortable, well located, amazing onsen and great extras
Pros:

Good location, easy walking to station and all the key attractions. The free ramen was a nice bonus along with all day iced water and free coffee. The onsen was amazing. For a hotel at this price hot, cold, outdoor and sauna plus then post onsen ice creams. Great amenities, clean, not crowded. Had a great stay. Would reccomend
