Pros:

An ideally located hotel with a great in-house onsen.
Pros:

The facilities and location of Dormy Inn in Matsumoto were excellent. The staff were lovely. We enjoyed the onsen, outdoor onsen, sauna, and cold baths. The room was more spacious than we were expecting. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Matsumoto and the surrounding areas as it is only a short walk from the train station.

Cons:

The pillows and bed weren't too comfortable.
