Cleaners who ask for tips even though they didn't do anything
You cheated, I have booked and paid.
But at the time of chek in, refused to allot room and send me out, like begger, cheater 420, worrst fellow like a pick poketer,, criminal, you took away my money, with out allot room
You take away money, but there iis no room, Staff refusef to allot room,,
Guys pls don't stay in this worst hotel, instead of this you can choose a platform stay.
Worst hotel i have ever stayed in in my lifetime.
It's frustrating when basic amenities like hot water are not available and cleanliness issues and there was a very very bad smell in the entire room, Additionally, the washrooms and bathrooms were not clean and neat.
The blankets and pillows in my room were extremely dirty and there was a bad smell.
The sofas in the room were torn and appeared worn out.
I requested a room freshener from the management, but it did not resolve the issue of the bad smell.
The complimentary breakfast provided was extremely limited, consisting of only two items, and there was a 30 Minute wait time for the service. Additionally, the food quality was very poor and bad taste. Instead of this worst restaurant we can choose street foods.
This all made my stay extremely uncomfortable.
Guys avoid staying in this hotel...
The room was filled with cockroaches of all sizes running all over the room. The room had a horrible odour that we decided to forego our money and booked another place the next day. The screen rod was broken at one end and left so - don’t know how long. The furniture was too dirty too.
Overall would never recommend the place. Surprisingly they had a very clean entrance and lobby which didn’t suit the room provided to us.
