Отдыхали в этом отеле с 3-5 августа. Мы уже второй раз останавливаемся здесь. Прошлый раз были зимой. Отель тогда был фантастически декорирован, мы будто попали в новогоднюю сказку. Нам в этот раз попался наш прошлый номер) будто ждали нас. Всё было как обычно великолепно:очень уютный номер , чистейшее постельное белье и ослепительной белизны полотенца, полный набор ванных принадлежностей, мини- бар с приятным наполнением. Отдельная благодарность за вкуснейшие завтраки, приятную музыку и очень вкусный кофе. В отеле очень спокойный вайб, создается впечатление, что ты там один, хотя это не так. Бассейн был тоже чистеньким, все шезлонги новенькие и красивые. Также в отеле есть свой ресторан, при желании вы можете вкусно поесть. Кварели городок небольшой, отель находится в удобном расположении и в шаговой доступности от музея , от винодельни Киндзмараули и других местных исторических объектов. Нам очень нравится этот отель, мы его рекомендуем своим друзьям и сами ещё неоднократно к вам вернемся. Спасибо огромное🌸

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We had booked two nights, but one of them was unexpectedly cancelled. The room was unbelievably small—more like a storage closet than a hotel room, and certainly much smaller than the other rooms in the hotel despite costing exactly the same price.
There was no wardrobe, no mirror, and very little space to move around. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor every time it was used. Overall, the room lacked even the most basic amenities and did not match the price charged. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Долго сливалась горячая вода вечером, но шла только теплая.
