Lovely hotel to rewind and relax after a long flight before our safari
Pros:

Very friendly staff in the dining room and bar . Fantastic food choice at dinner and lunch, and beautiful grounds. The rooms were spacious and had adequate facilities.

Cons:

It’s a shame there wasn’t a pool. Also the staff on reception need to smile a bit more.

Fantastic!
Pros:

Facility is clean & beautiful.
Nature environment, garden was wonderful to walk.
Restaurant, bar was beautiful.
Shower pressure in the room was great!!
Bed pillow was also perfectly soft.
Variety artistic products in the gift shop, and arts in the hotel was beautiful.
Really enjoyed!!!

Cons:

Nothing, but if I have to say,
It was pity that we couldn’t open the door to the outside nature from the room at first.
So we had to move to another room. But then it was ok. ( Not a big problem )

Pros:

I absolutely loved our stay here. It’s a beautiful place to be, surrounded by lush vegetation. Peaceful. the staff was wonderful and accommodating. I would have stayed longer if I was not already scheduled to leave.

The hotel is good but some of the waiter were rude and I was overcharged for adding my wife

Great place to relax and plan a trip.
Pros:

Clean, bug rooms, comfy bed. Felt safe.

Cons:

No pool, no recreation facilities. Nothing to do. Long way to shops or experiences.

Excellent stay, great location and rooms - very poor check in and check out staff.
Pros:

Amazing location amid pristine coffee plantation and gardens and located on the lake. Did canoeing with my family in the morning after a leisurely breakfast on the open patio which overlooks the lake. Excellent overnight stay.

Cons:

I had booked two double rooms through booking.com and the person at check out created an unusual and unwelcome rucus stating that the rooms were for 2 people not 4 - had to spend 30 mins on this needless argument and showing him on the booking.com website. Added a bad taste to an otherwise great stay.

A fine place to start or end your trip, about a 45 minute drive to the airport.
Pros:

Food was good, staff were helpful. The room was clean, quiet. The grounds are beautiful and although the site is very close to human activity we felt safe wandering along the perimeters.

Cons:

From the website, I assumed the hotel is on a lake. It is not. The lake is nearby. If you want access you have to pay for a guided escort. The electrical system is touchy. Throughout our stay the power kept blinking off and on, which had some consequences for online work.

Beautiful place to start a safari
Pros:

The grounds were beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was always great to interact with. Liked the lounge area and the outdoor patio and lawn area overlooking the lake.
