We liked everything, the rooms and hotel design is lovely, the staff were extremely helpful, the rooms were clean, bright, spacious and colourful. The location is excellent, bars, cafes, train all nearby, walk to the harbour through the botanic gardens 30 mins, would recommend to anyone.

Excellent boutique hotel. Very well appointed, beautifully designed, some really thoughtful touches and spotlessly clean. Location is great for walking around Sydney too.
Nothing much. Everything was catered for very well.
We had a huge room. We like interesting places and this was that. Loved the decor, the shower, the bed, the seating area, the fridge and the birthday rosé. Staff super friendly.
Our room was ground floor so we did have some noise from Reception behind our bed head, the courtyard and footsteps upstairs. Would be fine if you’re good with earplugs in the morning or an early riser yourself.

Staff tried to find an alternate room- gave us a bottle of wine as compensation

La chambre était vraiment très jolie, propre et bien équipée.
Il y a pas mal de café autour pour prendre un petit-déjeuner le matin, mais c'est aussi possible de se faire thé ou café directement dans la chambre.

We absolutely loved our stay here. From the initial booking, to all our questions and changes, the hotel staff were extremely professional and kind. We would love to stay here again.
Our spacious room, with a queen-sized bed, was clean and tidy, and the mattress on the bed itself was firm and all too comfortable.
It was very convenient to have a sink and a mini fridge in the room, with a separate sink in the bathroom.
Very high design, which, as it goes, can often be inconvenient for actual use. Like any hotel room, it needs more places to hang clothing and bags, both in the bathroom, and in the room itself. Lighting, however, thankfully, was ample. We loved the Aēsop bath products, and they Dyson hairdryer, and the cushy robes…
The courtyard outside proved and pleasant sitting area.
Though Darlinghurst is known to be a bit lively, at night it’s quite calm and peaceful here.
Like any hotel room, it needs more places to hang clothing and bags, both in the bathroom, and in the room itself.
