Super Preis Leistungs Verhältnis
Pros:

Ein kleines Hotel in einem sehr lebendigen spannenden Quartier. Super Restaurant und Bars in der Umgebung. Gute Anbindung mit U-Bahn oder auch zu Fuss um in die Stadt zu kommen. Die Staff vom Hotel war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Haben uns gute Tips gegeben. Immer gerne wieder.

A complete and total disappointment. Very misleading.

Nothing. The description of this facility was extremely misleading.

Cons:

Our room was extremely small. The room description was “a deluxe queen “ and there was nothing deluxe about this room. The closet was too small to be usable. There was only room for a single suitcase to be opened but nowhere to unpack it. The description describes “a well fitted kitchenette and meals can be prepared there” but there is nothing like that. A very small countertop with a small microwave, coffee maker and a very small refrigerator. Over the years I have stayed at many places and chose this because of the description and high ratings. This was the worse I have ever experienced and they were unwilling to give even a partial refund. We moved to another hotel because this was so small. Buyer beware of this property.

Would definitely stay again
Pros:

Decor & individuality of the rooms. Cleanliness was top notch as were the staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Nothing to dislike we would definitely stay again. Good location lots of bars & eateries near by & within walking distance to the botanical gardens 30 mins

Cons:

Not a dislike as it didn’t apply to us but there is no lift. That said if you needed one just say & they would probably sort you out with a ground floor room

Such a wonderful quirky hotel - if you like whimsy, good clean rooms and fantastic customer service this is your place!!

Cons:

The stairs were daunting but not a problem because the staff were always available to lend a hand

On a brief getaway to celebrate my husband’s milestone birthday, we could not have asked for a more perfect place.

Fabulous stay! Amazing staff, lovely clean room and excellent position to local transport to explore the city.
Pros:

From the minute we pulled up in the taxi and they immediately took care of our heavy luggage to the moment we left, the staff were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble.
The hotel was really interesting and quirky and the room was lovely and so clean.
Facilities were excellent with all the usual things but dressing gowns, microwave, ironing board all thrown in.
Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. 🤗

Cons:

Maybe a larger surface around the bathroom sink for wash bags etc. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Electic & elegantly styled property with fantastic staff!
Pros:

Loved the presentation of the property down to all the little details, the decor is divine! The staff were awesome even carrying luggage up to the rooms. chocolates at reception and staff went above & beyond.
