Pros:

We loved the pool but it could definitely be cleaner, our beds were very comfy, the all day coffee was an amazing bonus, the staff was alright, the breakfast & laundry attendants were the sweetest.

Cons:

Not being told about all details regarding payment and deposit at check in, and the pool floor, and top of slide were pretty scummy.

March break vacay for a single mom of four
Pros:

The room size was great and the kids are hands up for the pool!!! Lol

Cons:

No bath tub in the room, no hot tub in the pool area and my daughter got something sharp stuck in her foot walking barefoot back to the hotel room.
