ファミリー向けではない
Pros:

子供が小さいのでベットに高さが無かったことは良かったです！

Cons:

キャリーバック3個を階段で運ぶのがキツかった。
トイレの鍵が閉まらなかった。
お風呂場も小さくて子供たち連れには向かないかもしれません。
テーブルもちゃぶ台ぐらいのしかなくて、
ご飯食べるのに困りました。

まずまず。
Pros:

駅近くでお店もいろいろあり、便利だった。値段的にはよかった。

Cons:

WIFIの説明が間違えていた。表示を見るとボディーソープが2つあり、シャンプーがなかった。（表示ミス？）
冷凍庫の清掃がしっかりされていなく、汚かった。

楽しみにしていた大阪旅行だったのに最悪

4人で泊まるために予約。
ベッドが3台、ソファーベッド1台となっていたので予約しましたが、実際にはベッド3台、タオルも3人分しかありませんでした。
そのため1人は、違うところにホテルを取らざるおえませんでした。

宿泊管理者に連絡しましたが、「うちはもともとベッド3台しかない。ブッキングドットコムに言って」とそっけない対応。

またクーラーの水漏れで、あまり冷えず、暑いままでした。
管理者に電話しましたが、電話にでず、折り返しもなかったです。

ブッキングドットコムの苦情相談窓口を教えてください。

simple and minimalist
Pros:

the design, how it’s well-insulated, and it has everything we need esp washing machine and wifi

Cons:

stairs, there was no elevator (esp my parents could easily get tired going up and down). also the toilet lock was broken

Pros:

阪神野田駅近くなので利便性は高かった。

Cons:

ベッドが複数台用意されている写真があったので、そのつもりだったが、実際はベッド1台＋布団２組だった。布団は今までで一番薄いせんべい布団で、腰が痛くなった。

Great location
The apartment was quite clean
Comfortable bathroom and kitchen
I could check in earlier which was important for me
Overall the apartment is nice, but I will not stay there in winter

Cons:

Is was waz too old in the apartment, I turned the ac on maximum, but still couldn't sleep untill I covered mzself with too blankets
The ceiling covering had come off, and mold was visible underneath, which was disturbing
You could hear the street, but that didn't bother me much

とても良かった
Pros:

値段の割にはすごく綺麗で駅からも近かったから移動がとても楽でよかった。
ただエレベーターがなかったからキャリーを持っての昇り降りが少しキツかった

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay in Osaka — the apartment was comfortable and well located, quite similar to our experience in Tokyo. It was a good base to explore the city, and overall we had a pleasant time.

Cons:

However, a few things could have been better. The host’s communication was not very clear, some of the bed linens were missing, and later we realized we had forgotten a few plates we bought there. That part was entirely our fault, but the situation became unnecessarily complicated the host made it difficult to confirm if they had found the plates and then asked for a shipping fee tobtake them to the post that was higher than the value of the items. While we take responsibility for forgetting them, the way it was handled felt a bit strange.
