Overland Park Hotel

Was everything I needed for a 1 night trip to KC. Front desk guy was kind and the room was clean. The room had a slight smell which disappeared after running the AC. Parking area was convenient and brightly lit. Free breakfast is always a great time.

Plenty of of good parking in a safe location. Easy and friendly check-in. Lovely, updated lobby and breakfast area with roomy seating space. Very clean room with good bed and pillows. Super responsive to a maintenance issue (shower faucet would not turn off) fixed immediately after being notified.

Nice sized room and parking was always available. Close to shops and restaurants and located just off the interstate. Breakfast was a bit of a letdown but that seems to be the case at a lot of hotels post-COVID.

My wife and I stayed here for one night while in town for a dinner theater evening. The hotel is just off of a main thoroughfare. There are many other dining and shopping locations nearby that are easily accessed from this hotel. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. The room was quite clean, the beds comfortable, and quiet. It appeared to have been recently remodeled. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent all the way around. Staff was courteous & accommodating. We were right off the lobby and did not hear a sound, especially in the morning. Will come back.

The property was clean. The staff were nice. Even though it was warm the pool was closed. The bed was uncomfortable.

I see that these owners are so cute but may be a little nose blind and the elevator is shabby. The rooms were EXTREMELY clean. Bathrooms were spotless. The breakfast was over the top wonderful. They need to address the weird smell in the rooms hallways and lobby maybe a scent machine

Friendly staff, room was clean and staff had the air conditioner on and the tv on the local channel when we arrived.

The hotel lobby smelled very cleaned and looked amazing! The room had body wash, shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion which was great. Breakfast was good and hot with many options for the continental portion.

Descent property for the price

Rooms and bathroom was clean. There were some cobwebs in some corners and on the ceiling. Otherwise, very well maintained.
