Older hotel, decent aside from sand bat;
Pros:

Friendly staff, though they didn't explain everything (i.e. free drink corner etc)
Good location near sanraku
Good price for what I got - big room (1 electric recliner didn't work), with ocean views

Cons:

Not a critique, but it is an older hotel. They have renovated parts (rooms) but other areas show age.

Downsides were:
1. Sandbath at hotel was barely warm. Definitely not 45C. So it was a 1500円 photo op - go to sanraku for the genuine experience
2. Breakfast selection was lacking/food quality was meh

Cons:

部屋のお風呂がかび臭すぎてトイレにまで広がってきていた。防音がされていなく廊下の音がほぼ直で聞こえる

Příjemný klidný relax
Pros:

Chtěly jsme vyzkoušet pískové lázně a typ ubytování ryokan, vše bylo splněno. Úžasný výhled na moře z pokoje. Součástí byla výborná snídaně s velkým výběrem.

子ども向けのイベント、おもちゃの貸出もあって、
子供達も喜んでました！
お風呂、気持ちよかったです！

脱衣場のホコリ、髪の毛が気になった。
朝風呂の段階でも、昨晩と同じ状態だったので、
あれ？清掃してないのかな～って。。
掃除機あったので、気になりすぎて掛けました。

Pros:

コスパは良い
砂風呂は経験できて良かった。

Cons:

部屋の風呂場が水漏れしていた。
設備は古い。水道の蛇口が１ハンドルでないとか。
マッサージを呼んだが、揉むというよりも摩っているようで最悪だった。
当日使えるレストランがなかった。
タクシーを前の日に手配したが、当日に来ていなかったので、呼び直した。
