Staff members need to be trained about courtesy, promptness and Hospility and professional manners.

Overall ok for the price point rooms were clean, good location

Cons:

Staff is not so cooperative and very limited staff very poorly managed need to increase staff and plan in advance for breakfast depending upon number of guests otherwise remove the brekfast altogether if not able to manage

I’ve paid 3300 for suit room which is comparatively high but the main thing is the lock of the door is broken I have asked multiple time to correct the same they left us with just one hook lock and asked to live with it……

There were bed bugs in the room which was allocated to me. So will have to take care that I don't carry them back home. Parking of cars also needs to be looked after as there are no dedication slots for them
