Horrible service
Pros:

they denied checking me despite have a Booking.com reservation. They has issued all keys to walk ins. They denied having a reservation email which I had. I showed them and the lady still refused to help us and said we should leave. horrible reception

I wish it can go back to how it used to be like quality
Cons:

I was in room 21 and the door is hard to close or open, mattresses were too hard and please get new pillows… and in the shower were you put soap there was used soaps
