If I were to return to Palolem I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The setting was very peaceful only two minutes from the beach. The lush gardens were beautifully maintained. Although the huts were close to each other the gardens usually gave privacy.

Cons:

Wifi connection was very poor.

Bad lighting from the accommodation to the main street. Cigarette burns in the bedsheets. Tatty huts. Cleanliness minimal

calm and peaceful place
Pros:

Although close to the main road and beach, it's a calm place (if there are not too many israeli groups...) with lots of space around and trees that make shadow and keep cool.
Even with hot water (that I need sometimes)
Compared to e.g. Arambol super calm and cool
Didn't had to pay daily, that was great as I had visa card issues

Beautiful gardens and excellent location
Pros:

The mature gardens and balconies of the huts were great for relaxing. Location excellent 2 mins from beach, shops and restaurants.

Cons:

We were there 5 nights so it would have been nice to have a change of sheets and towels. Also although sounds petty first toilet roll was free thereafter a charge considering the room rate this was annoying?

Cons:

I want to complain about this place and get my money back. I booked in advance through Booking for three nights. I arrived at 130 at night, The room was very old and dirty. I could not take a shower because there was no flow of water from the shower and it was also cold. In the morning, the air conditioner didn't work either. I explained to the host Lekto that I wanted to leave, he threatened me that I could not leave without paying him for 3 nights. I am a solo traveler, a woman, and I was worried. I felt threatened and I stayed for another 2 nights in disgraceful conditions. The host shouted at me in the reception center, in front of other travelers, shamed me and said I was a problematic customer. The experience was shocking!!! I would like to receive a refund, as well as to warn other travelers against coming to the place. Please update me as soon as possible.

Pros:

Lovely chilled place right next to the beach in a beautiful tranquil tropical garden. Lovely and quiet with the only sound at night the crashing of the waves on the beach, oh and the occasional dog barking - but this is Goa :).
