Location of the hotel.
The rooms didn't look the same as in pictures. When asked about the same, the staff mentioned that the pics are from when the hotel was constructed. The room we got was dusty and not kept well. When asked for changing the room, the staff refused. When we showed them the photos of our room and questioned them if it was fair for the value of money, then they changed our room which was slightly better.
