Extremamente lamentável

Cons:

Não tem antena coletiva de TV e todos os canais abertos são via Wi-fi, que não pega nos quartos do fundo (funcionário falou que nos jogos do Brasil tiveram problemas), precisei trabalhar de emergência, mas não pude usar meu computador. Funcionária falou que era pilha do controle da TV (mas também não trocou). Hospedes jogam sacos de lixo nos corredores. Pedi um limão no café da manhã e a funcionária que estava tomando café junto com os hospedes, me disse que limão não é para hospedes (para quem será?). Não limparam meu quarto, não recolheram lixo, não trocaram toalhas. Um barulho de musica até 23:00 horas todos os dias em um bar ao lado do hotel. Reclamei do wi-fi na portaria, mas não tomaram nenhuma providência.
