Great staff, room sizes and spec were disappointing.
Pros:

Really welcoming staff and a good location. The lobby lounge area was comfortable.

The room size (we were 3 adults) felt mean. The room was VERY small and, for the price, very disappointing.

Lindo hotel pero habitaciones extremadamente reducidas

La ubicación estaba muy bien, el hotel en general muy lindo

Cons:

Las habitaciones extremadamente chicas. Fuimos a una japanese room y fue una mala experiencia (totalmente incómodo). Amablemente al otro día nos cambiaron a una habitación doble pero minúscula (no se pueden abrir las valijas dentro de la habitación)

Αυτό που μου άρεσε περισσότερο ήταν το ποσό εξυπηρετικές και ευγενικές ήταν οι κοπέλες στη ρεσεψιόν. Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πανέμορφο και είχε τεράστια συλλογή με μάνγκα, έκθεση με έργα ζωγραφικής. Από τα πιο όμορφα ξενοδοχεία που έχουμε μείνει, σε υπέροχη τοποθεσία κοντά σε όλα.

Super Nice Modern Japanese Style Boutique Hotel
Pros:

Extremely cool hotel if you go for a Tatami room. I liked the setting near a temple and in a quieter neighborhood but not too far from central Kyoto's nightlife area.

笑顔が素晴らしい
Pros:

スタッフの方々全てとても良かったです。近隣のおすすめの飲食店やそこへの経路、バス停やあ地下鉄の駅への経路、などとても親切に教えて下さいました。スリランカ出身の女性のスタッフも日本語がとても上手で笑顔が印象的でした。また、繁華街やコンサート会場など何処へ行くのにも歩いて10分圏内でした。

Cons:

部屋に入った途端、タバコの匂いはしませんでしたが、何だか汗臭いような匂いがしたのでそこだけマイナスでした。
