Pros:

Lokacija. Smestaj ima dve spavace sobe, dnevni boravak i kuhinju (i kupatilo, naravno), tako da je vrlo prostran i komotan.

Zgrada je stara i ulazak ne obecava, ali je stan renoviran i u odlicnom stanju

Odmah ispred ulaza u zgradu je metro stanica, sto je vrlo zgodno (mi smo ovaj put vise koristili autobus koji je isto tu stajao).

Na 100 metara je DIA supermarket koji radi do 22, a vrlo blizu su Lidl i Mercadona.

Cons:

Iako ima tri klima uredjaja, stan se nije mogao rashladiti (moguce da je problem jer je nas stan bio na poslednjem spratu). Nije nam toliko smetalo, jer nismo ljubitelji klima uredjaja i agresivnog spustanja temperature, ali je moglo malo bolje hladjenje da bude.

A szállás elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, de nem fogok visszamenni.
Pros:

A környék jó volt. A szállás lokációja tökéletes. Üzletek, kávézók a közelben Metró állomás közvetlenül a ház előtt.
Könnyen elérhető akár metróval, akár gyalogosan a belváros.

Cons:

A fürdőszóba tágas, tiszta de rettenetes büdös, csatorna szagú. Nagyon kellemetlen, , mivel érezhető az egész lakásban. Tusfürdő , szappan nem volt.
A konyhai felszereltsége ,szerintem, hiányos. Négyen voltunk és mindössze két vizespohár volt. Legalább só, szalvéta lehetett volna.

Fijn verblijf in een typisch Spaans appartementsblok.
Pros:

Het appartement is mooi ingericht, het ligt tegenover een metrostation maar je kan makkelijk te voet naar Atocha, Parque del Retiro en het stadscentrum. Bakker naast de deur, lekkere en authentieke tapasbars vlakbij. Weinig toeristen in deze buurt, dat geeft je een echt Spanje-gevoel. Op zondagochtend enorme markt aan de overkant van de straat.

Cons:

Het appartement mag grondiger gepoetst worden (zetel), in de badkamer zijn enkele kleine herstellingen nodig.

Great location, but there are some definite improvements that should be addressed...
Pros:

The host provided 2 instant coffee mixes and some cookies. The location was perfect, and the check-in was relatively painless. Everything was comfortable.

Cons:

On the way there, we tried to contact the property when we received a notification from our GPS that we would need a city-provided pass to enter the area which appeared to be restricted; no one answered. Fortunately, we were able to find parking 2 blocks from the venue, but it would have been nice to receive some guidance about how to manage this.

There was a constant smell of sewage that permeated through the apartment, even when the bathroom door was closed. The host provided body wash and shampoo that was extremely watered down and bolted to the wall in a way that made it impossible to access. There was no hand soap for the bathroom or the kitchen, so if we wanted to wash our hands we had to enter the shower and try to get body wash.

The water pressure kept cutting out in the middle of showers and sometimes there was no water at all.

Era molto sporco, meno male che c'era uno strofinaccio e la candeggina per il pavimento. Come prima cosa abbiamo pulito tutto,cucina bagno e salotto.
Alla mia ragazza sono cadute delle mutande in una fessura tra il mobile del bagno e il muro e nel tirarle fuori si è accorta che era pieno di capelli, polvere e sopratutto cotton fioc usati!!!
Inoltre riscaldamento praticamente inesistente, i caloriferi erano appena tiepidi, dopo aver provato ad aprire al massimo la valvola, abbiamo chiesto all'host se si potesse fare qualcosa e ci ha risposto con un messaggio sbrigativo che bisognava girare la manopola del calorifero... C'erano dei condizionatori, ma appena li abbiamo accesi ci siamo accorti che i filtri probabilmente non sono mai stati lavati , a giudicare dal colore nero carbone da cui erano ricoperti.
Peccato per la puzza di fogna persistente che esce dal bagno, costretti a tenere la finestra aperta 24h. Peccato anche che in questi giorni a Madrid ha piovuto e le temperature non hanno superato gli 8 gradi.
Ci vorrebbe solo un po' di buon senso e manutenzione periodica.
Sconsiglierei a chiunque di prenotare in questa struttura.

Bardzo cieszymy się z pobytu, na pewno wrócimy.
Pros:

Wygodny i przestronny apartament, czuliśmy się jak we własnym domu.

Cons:

Ten sam kod do głównego wejścia budynku oraz do naszego apartamentu. Bezpieczniej by było gdyby były dwa różne.

Cómodo y bien situado, aunque un poco dejado
Pros:

La ubicación y que tenga 2 habitaciones dobles

Cons:

Necesita mantenimiento: una puerta de la cocina estaba rota, el baño olía tanto a tubería que si no dejabas la puerta bien cerrada olía después todo el apartamento, no tiene termostato y no tanto o hace calor o hace frío, las almohadas son incómodas y había zonas en la pintura de la pared y las puertas con desconchones.
