Nice property, the host was super nice and made my exploration at colombo much easier. Great view. the clean and beautiful rooms. The view was amazing, and it was a beautiful city view.

Wonderful place with an amazing view. Delicious food and friendly host. The balcony is also very nice to have and common area can provide that extra space for larger groups. We recommend for anyone staying here.

It was slightly long (15 mins from the city center by car), but it was not too bad.
The owner used WhatsApp to communicate so I have records of all her fabrications.
This is our rebuttal to our original review after the owners response.
Laundry Services: As mentioned earlier, our apartment includes laundry services. You chose to use the washing machine, which was in perfect working order. There were no issues with it, and any problems you experienced could have been easily resolved if communicated properly.
Our Response: We cleaned the machine ourselves. There was no reason to have you come and clean it again.
Drying Rack & Hangers: We never advertised drying racks or hangers as part of the amenities, but upon your request, we immediately provided both, showcasing our prompt and responsive customer service. Our customer service is highly rated, and we go above and beyond for guest satisfaction.
Our Response: You would expect if you have a washer but no dryer, you would need a way to dry.
Shower Incident: You used the shower without issue for three days, and it broke on the fourth day. It’s unclear how you were able to use it before if it was broken when you arrived, as you claim. The truth is, you broke it after multiple days of use, and then refused to take responsibility for it.
Our Response: It broke the first time we used it and got by with it because we were tired of having things repaired.
Garbage Disposal: After your stay, we discovered that you left garbage inside the fridge, causing a terrible smell in the kitchen area. This is not how we expect guests to treat the apartment, and it added unnecessary work for our cleaning staff.
Our response: No food was left in the refrigerator.
Departure: You left the apartment without notifying us, locking the door from the inside and leaving the key inside the property. This created significant inconvenience for us and delayed the next guest's check-in.
Our response: The owner was to show up at 11am but sent us a WhatsApp to request that we leave the key in the apartment and lock the door. This is host has no issues with lying and being dishonest.
I stayed one night at Lovish Luxury Villa Apartment, and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the peaceful ambiance made it easy to relax. Despite my short stay, Property owner Ms. Anusha is very friendly & provided excellent service, ensuring everything was perfect. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway, even if just for a night!
