Good value for money in a modern, clean, friendly hotel
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thd whole ex hotel was very clean.

Cons:

There could have been more cereals and bread for breakfast

Nice Clean Well Located Hotel
Pros:

I liked that they had free parking. We really liked the room and the cleanliness of the room. The bed was comfortable and it had a great shower. The breakfast was good and the ladies in the dining area were wonderful sweet ladies who made everything about breakfast special. Give them a raise.

Cons:

Two things I did not like completely. I thought the front desk staff could be sweeter. I found Italian front desk people more cold and distant than I am used to in my travels. I have been to 32 countries and I think Italian front desk people are the coldest and aloof. I found this place no different. The ladies in the kitchen should train the front desk people on how to smile and be sweet. The other thing I didn’t like and I think should be illegal for hotels to do is to list that Toiletries are included and then to find those little bottles of shampoo and body soap. Certainly not enough for two people to shower. I am glad to see many hotels are moving away from these little things and really providing bottles of soap and shampoo on the wall, and some even include conditioner

ottimo e consigliatissimo
Pros:

prima di tutto l’accoglienza, uno staff professionale sempre sorridente e disponibile. Ambienti luminosi e puliti sia interni che esterni

Cons:

la camera forse un po’ troppo minimalista, mettiamo qualche quadro alle pareti? :)

Make sure your trip is insured
Pros:

Was not able to go to hotel ,gave them plenty of notice .. but would not refund

Cons:

Stole our deposit and had to pay even though fss as it notice given our trip was cancelled due to health reasons

Prima verblijf
Pros:

Kamers waren keurig en we konden goed parkeren, vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Er zou een restaurant zijn en dat was er niet. Voor lunch werden we naar het tegenovergelegen restaurant verwezen maar dat was dicht. Het is verder lopen naar de ingang van het Pompei park dan we dachten.
