Very bad experience, I do not recommend!!!
Pros:

Nothing!!

Cons:

The place looks completely different than on photos. It smelled like cigarettes and was unbelievably dirty. The doors were open when we arrived, so we needed to call the receptionist to fix it. The bathroom also smelled gross and was dirty.
The situation was even worse in the second room we booked for my friends. We left the building immediately, did not get our money back.
Totally not recommended!!!

Dirty room, disgusting toilet and smell of cigarets
Pros:

- nice staff,

Cons:

- dirty room,
- disgusting, dirty toilet,
- no duvet covers,
- hair on the bed
- mold in refrigerator,
- smell of cigarets everywhere,
