Cons:

The room was quite compact as according to price, the washbasin was too smelly (bad smell).
Lights were not Fully functioning.

Food is ok, location is ok, staff is courteous

Cons:

Room is not fully functional, we are in 5000 rs. Room at least that should be functional. Washbasin is out of reach. Toilets are smelling, intercom not working, lights not working, gates are squealing and most important the rooms are on road side and the fumes of vehicles are there in the room along with that there is a taxi stand near by. Where in some loudspeaker is always crying. Not a good experience we took some bad memories with us of mussorie and may not go again to mussori.

Magnifique hôtel au charme passé.
Pros:

Magnifique ancien hôtel. Chambre décorée de meubles anciens. Charmante terrasse avec vue montagne et superbe jardin très bien entretenu. Personnel aimable et souriant.

Cons:

Un petit manque de propreté à notre arrivée dans la chambre. Robinet et douche vetustes. Fenêtre qui ferme mal.

Will not rate it bad as there is tremendous scope for improvement.

Pime location giving nostalgic feeling. View from the Garden is great.

Cons:

But the owners seems to be disinterested in bonding with customers and taking active feedback. All services are at the mercy of long serving staff. Although the property may have offered prime option for Vegeterians but the quality of food leaves much to be desired for. Items served with too much salt and not being apologetic about it and no concern to correct the mistakes.

Location is possibly the best in mussoorie. Don't get so much open space in mussoorie on the Mall
Food including Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced

Cons:

Need little more cleanliness , better bathroom fittings and refabrication

It was a pleasure staying at this heritage hotel. If you are looking for immaculate and modern, this may not be your cup of tea. However, if you appreciate history, this cozy hotel has a story to tell as well as loads of old-world character. My room off the patio had a magnificent view of the mountains that I enjoyed anytime of the day. The restaurant’s food is reasonably priced and delicious and the service is great. Our conversations with Vikram, the part owner, are part of our best memories of our time in Mussoorie. He was so much fun to talk too and he gave us many helpful tips for discovering the hidden treasures of this hill town. A big thanks to Vikram and staff for making our stay a memorable one.

Pros:

Very beautiful campus.The old aesthetic of rooms. Quality of service and staff. Proximity to town centre. Humility of staff and management.

Cons:

Rooms could be better maintained. Also expected few more amenities at this price range. There was not view from the room and the windows opened to walkway.
