Je n’ai pas apprécié la prestation de la navette gratuite que ce soit à l’aller et au retour - retour que je n’ai pas pu bénéficier et donc du marcher à pied jusqu’à l’aéroport.

Pros:

Desk hizmetlerinde ekip son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor. Ancak özellikle Leticia’ya ilgisi için teşekkür ederim.

Oda konforu bana göre yeterliydi; kompakt, işlevsel ve gereğinden fazlasını vaat etmeyen bir düzeni vardı. Ancak banyoyu/odayı ayıran camın tamamen şeffaf olması hoşuma gitmedi. İnsan giyinip soyunurken ortamı tamamen karartmak zorunda kalıyor. Yarı füme bir cam ya da gölgelik tarzı bir çözüm daha mantıklı olurdu.

Bar alanının atmosferini beğendim, ekip de yine çok nazik ve güler yüzlüydü. Ancak yemek ve özellikle snack kalitesi oldukça zayıftı. Denediklerimin neredeyse hiçbirini gerçekten beğenemedim.

Cons:

booking ve geri destek süreçlerinde ciddi organizasyon eksikleri olduğunu düşünüyorum. 1 Mayıs’ta giriş yapıp 4 Mayıs’ta çıkış yaptım ve kendi rezervasyonumu bulmakta dahi zorluk yaşandı. Daha da ilginci, Booking üzerinden sorduğum “ ben otele geldim ancak rezervasyonum gözükmüyor” konulu soruma otelden ayrıldıktan ancak 3 gün sonra, yani ayın 7’sinde cevap alabildim. Açıkçası biraz komikti.
