It’s was really nice close to the airport the hotel was refresh really nice decoration

Cons:

I had a water leaking issue in my room I had to clean it myself took a bit long before they send someone and they also left the dirty towel on the floor in my room til I leave

Convenient location but rooms are poorly maintained
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The buffet has a good selection of fresh food. Coffee was good and replaced frequently. The location near the airport & free shuttle is very useful

Cons:

The hotel looks good on the surface, but maintenance is a big issue & needs to be sorted out. I stayed in 3 different rooms during my three night stay in Abidjan. All rooms had issues:
Room 125 - patio door does not lock, shower door impossible to close properly, fridge smelly & moldy,, aircon not working & no soap dish
Room 308 - smells strongly of damp, patio door does not lock
Room 431 - smells strongly of smoke, fridge needs cleaning, tap on basin has lost its handle & no enough hangers
Bedding was also grubby & duvet needs washing.

I have stayed at Onomo Dakar & experienced exactly the same issues - lack of maintenance lets you down. I hope that the management will put a little card in each room for guests to fill in what is broken or missing

Cons:

Je suis resté 15 min bloqué à l’extérieur carte plus de pile dans le boîtier pour ouvrir la porte. L’homme de la maintenance a été appelé plusieurs fois et à pris beaucoup de temps pour intervenir

Tout correct. Accueil du personnel super. Des réceptionnistes aux serveurs, au personnel de nettoyage, au chauffeur navette aéroport. Très bien
