Chambre propre mais gros manque d’organisation : navette annoncée non assurée, problème de paiement et aucune aide pour

La chambre était propre et l’hôtel calme, ce qui a permis de se reposer un peu malgré une escale très courte.

Cons:

Plusieurs points très décevants pour une escale.
J’avais écrit trois jours à l’avance pour organiser la navette aéroport annoncée sur l’établissement : aucune réponse.
À l’arrivée, aucune navette n’était prévue, et nous avons dû rejoindre l’hôtel à pied à 4h30 du matin (environ 15 minutes de marche) avec ma mère de 65 ans et 100 kg de bagages (6 valises).
À la réception, on m’a indiqué que le paiement Booking n’avait pas été effectué et j’ai dû régler à nouveau par carte, alors que la réservation me semblait bien prépayée (je vérifie actuellement auprès de ma banque).
Le « canapé-lit » annoncé n’est en réalité qu’un petit canapé d’environ 1 mètre. Enfin, au départ, aucun bagagiste n’était disponible et j’ai dû descendre seul l’ensemble des bagages depuis le 2e étage.

Le cadre s'est largement amélioré dans les dernières années yc salle de petit-déjeuner

Cons:

Le check in est de pire en pire, extrêment lent, 1 heure et demie pour s'enregistrer, et on nous demande de faire le travail à la place de la réception. C'est extrêmement facheux
