Já conheço o Flat, me agrada demais.

O Edifício é um pouco antigo. Os travesseiros dos quartos estão desgastados. Não tinha sanduícheiras e papel toalha.

O apartamento é bom, estava limpo, bem organizado, boa localização, tem uma vista bonita. Tem vários utensílios na cozinha.

Cons:

O ar-condicionado não está funcionando bem, apenas a função ventilação estava funcionando precariamente. Também não encontrei pano de copa e nem panos para limpeza do chão.
