The receptionist was rude. When I reached the hotel the receptionist said they don’t consider bookings from booking.com and said it is cancelled even though there was no cancellation message from the property or the app. He used abusive language and was very rude.

This hotel doesn't honour their bookings..
I had booked for a single day for 18 Jan way back on 26 November..
Booking.com showed that my booking is confirmed.. But when I called the hotel on 2nd Jan to check on my booking, they said that they have no bookings for 18 Jan and all the rooms of the hotel are booked for a wedding.
This was not notified to me either by the hotel or booking.com..
On 18 Jan there was Coldplay concert at D Y Patil stadium and it is highly likely that the hotel cancelled is previous bookings and late for the rooms at higher price..
