Don’t stay here stay at the grand Hotel
Pros:

The hotel is easy walking distance to the old town and it’s clean and tidy

Cons:

I was told the hotel had secure parking for a motorcycle. Absolute lie.the parking is 400 meters away across a six lane road. The parking is on waste ground near the river, totally unmanned see pictures

Много хубав, чист и приветлив хотел. Учтиви домакини. Удобно местоположение. Има място за паркиране. Закуската в хотела е хубава. Домашни любимци се допускат без допълнително заплащане и отношението към тях е много добро. Отново бихме отседнали в този хотел. Препоръчвам. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pros:

Struttura davvero ben organizzata.
L’accoglienza inizia già dai messaggi che vengono inviati per facilitarti e continua con il ragazzo della reception davvero troppo gentile e molto attento a soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti.
Parla un ottimo inglese.
Camera pulita, comoda, comodo il letto. Il bagno forse un po’ piccolo ma davvero ben organizzato.
Si possono trovare a disposizione acqua e caffè (sia in camera sia nella zona comune) tutto il tempo e gratuitamente.
Vengono fornite informazioni e mappa sia per visitare Plovdiv sia per parcheggiare (parcheggio incluso).
Davvero ottima soluzione per sentirsi comodi e a casa.

Schönes modernes Hotel und freundliches Personal
Pros:

Schönes modernes Stadthotel, fußläufig zur Innenstadt gelegen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Selbst- Check In hat unkompliziert geklappt. Wir hatten eine detaillierte Beschreibung dafür per WhatsApp bekommen. Der kostenfreie Parkplatz war auch gut in 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Cons:

Durch die Bauweise ist es etwas hellhörig und es liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße. Dadurch hat man bei offenen Fenster eine Geräuschkulisse. Aber man kann die Fenster schließen und einfach die Klimaanlage einstellen, schon ist es ruhig. Alles kein Problem.

Dört günlük gezimizde kaldığımız en iyi oteldi. Konunu çok iyi, otel tertemizdi. Olanaklar ve ikramları çok güzeldi. Çalışanlar ilgili, yardımcı ve güler yüzlüydü. Çok beğendik. Plovdiv' de kalacak yerimizi bulduk. Çok teşekkür ederiz ♥️

Pros:

Design, Herzlichkeit, die frischen Getränke jederzeit verfügbar, das Frühstück und die Mitarbeiter verleihen dem coolen Design Wärme, toll!

Cons:

Alles gut! Vielleicht könnte jemand einer noch zentraleren Lage bevorzügen, wir fanden es sogar besser so und alles war gut erreichbar!

Le camere sono nuove, moderne pulite e ben attrezzata, disponibili, caffettiera,bollitore,asciugacapelli, acqua e cassaforte.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern, sauber, gemütlich und nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und der dazugehörige Parkplatz sehr praktisch.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und vielseitig. Im Frühstücksraum darf man sich auch untertags mit Kaffee/Tee bedienen.

Great facilities, complementary items are very good and it’s comfortable. Breakfast is ok

The traffic is loud. You can hear it with the window shut. The walls are very thin, you hear every sound from other rooms and also when they set the breakfast in the morning

Trevligt personal och mysigt rummet

Cons:

Frukost var uselt, inte många varianter för att välja och det som fanns smakar äckligt. AC funkade inte så effektivt så det blev varm i rummet även när man har det kopplat till kalt. Rummet var bredvid his rummet så hörde man hela tiden när hissen går upp och ner så det blev inte alls mycket sömn. Sedan så var det en grön ljus på taket, tror det har med säkerhet göra men det var så ljust och ovanför sängen så man kunde inte sova för att rummet blev inte så mörkt

The room and facilities were modern, clean, and comfortable, the breakfast was quite good, the location was convenient, and the staff were generally friendly. Until the last part of my stay, I was very satisfied and would have gladly recommended this hotel.
Unfortunately, one incident completely changed my impression. A brand-new t-shirt disappeared from inside my suitcase during my stay. I only noticed it the day before checkout while packing. I immediately informed the owner because I am 100% certain the t-shirt was inside my luggage when I arrived.
What disappointed me most was not the financial value of the item, but the way the situation was handled. Although the owner offered to reimburse me for the t-shirt, he repeatedly insisted that I probably lost it somewhere else and strongly defended the staff before any proper investigation. This made me feel as though my concern was not being taken seriously and that I was being treated as if I were inventing the story.
I understand that accusations like this are uncomfortable for any hotel, and I was not expecting anyone to immediately admit fault. However, as a guest, finding out that someone may have gone through my personal belongings seriously affected my sense of trust and security.
It is unfortunate because apart from this incident, my stay had been genuinely very positive.
