Nuestra experiencia con este hotel ha sido, sin exagerar, desastrosa. Teníamos una reserva confirmada con bastante antelación y, de forma completamente inesperada, nos la cancelaron solo dos días antes del viaje. Sin previo aviso adecuado, sin alternativas y sin el más mínimo esfuerzo por solucionar el problema que ellos mismos causaron.
Nos dejaron prácticamente tirados, en una situación de muchísimo estrés, teniendo que buscar alojamiento de última hora en plena temporada alta, con precios mucho más elevados y opciones muy limitadas. Es una absoluta falta de responsabilidad y de respeto hacia los clientes.
La atención al cliente fue igual de decepcionante: respuestas vagas, ninguna empatía y cero soluciones reales. En ningún momento asumieron su error ni mostraron intención de compensar el perjuicio ocasionado.
Un hotel que actúa así demuestra una gestión pésima y una total falta de profesionalidad. No es fiable y, desde luego, no lo recomendaría a nadie que quiera viajar con tranquilidad. Si valoras tu tiempo, tu dinero y tu paz mental, mejor busca cualquier otra opción.

Pioveva in camera. C’era umidità ovunque. Il bagno era pessimo. Quando facevi la doccia l’acqua andava ovunque. Non c’era il piatto doccia. Abbiamo rischiato di restare folgorati poiché l’acqua della doccia finiva sull’asciugacapelli e sulle prese.

The conditions were miserable for a hotel in the middle of the city center. The air conditioner was old and very noisy, the bathroom was full of mold and the shower didn't work and the hot and cold water was very limited. There were no slippers, you had to wear sneakers all the time, but you couldn't shower in sneakers. The TV took 10 minutes to turn on and another 10 minutes to receive commands. there were ants on the floor and the walls were dirty. when booking the app gave a different price and when paying the price was higher with the idea that the app did not include taxes. Shame on you these days for not being transparent. I would not recommend it to anyone. in that area there are thousands of other hotels with that price and with very good conditions. I give it a zero rating, don't waste your money.

There's a toilet and shower on the closet, so less than 1 square meters you can shit and shower together. So in reality there is no shower. So so bad. Never ever recommend it anyone
