Pros:

Location is perfect. Staff is cooperative. Specially like lawn.

It was a lovely experience overall
Pros:

It was peaceful, specially the experience of having evening tea in the garden . The place is kid friendly. The room was spacious and the washroom was clean . Above all the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also fresh and tasty while the tea was really fantastic !

The washroom could have been more spacious and fragrant .

The management seems to ignore the untidy condition of the property, especially, the bathroom.
Cons:

The room and bathroom were not cleaned at the check-in time. Overall bathroom cleaning condition was poor. Torn towel, only one, provided for three of us. The towel was shown to the manager who simply apologized and said, "Next time it won't happen." The rom had a deep cigarette smoking stench.

Would highly recommend
Pros:

We loved everything about our stay in here! The house itself is just beautiful. Garden is lovely and rooms are massive. Very tidy and clean. Beds were comfy and A/C worked fine. DHA area where hotel is located is also very nice and close to many tourist attractions. Staying here was very unique because we didn’t see any other guests! Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and hospitable.
Would highly recommend!

Cons:

Wi-Fi worked very poorly in our room, so we had to stay in the “public are” to use internet. Shower are can be improved

Pretty decent stay
Pros:

From the outside its very beautiful
The location is one of the best in Karachi
Front garden was very nice

Cons:

They gave me a different room than what I booked or the pictures from booking are nowhere near to the reality
Also they will charge you for water, that's something I've never seen before.

They were very accommodating. Mr. Iftikhar went beyond the way and let my driver stay for the night. Excellent location, remarkable service and clean rooms.
