Location is relatively far. Jacuzzi water was too cold for me, and swimming pool very cold most probably due to strong winds
L endroit est fantastique et l appartement est grand et propre. La piscine est tres belle. Le personnel est tres sympa mais ne parle pas anglais.
L accès est difficile : long chemin de cailloux qui met la voiture a rude épreuve. Des gros problèmes de plomberie : toilettes bouchées pas de pression d eau… pas de service de petit déjeuner.
Las instalaciones están bonitas y nuevas. Además que hay mucha tranquilidad.
El personal es poco atento, no hay mucho personal en el hotel, la habitación tenía basura debajo del fregador de huésped anterior, el inodoro estaba botando agua, no había nadie en recepción para notificar esto y además no me emitieron mi factura, la cual fue solicitada desde el momento de realizar el pago.

no tienen restaurante ni cafetería, para mí eso es muy importante sobre todo cuando se viaja con niños

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.
The location, no restaurant, no food and drinks available. The location was very far from the town, no shop nearby to purchase food. The was no even paved road to get to the hotel.

Todo alrededor bien bonito y confortable. Bastante limpio. No usamos las instalaciones, solo dentro de la habitación.
Dentro de la habitación algunas cosas que deben reparar, como que en el baño el agua de la regadera se sale, deben cambiar el bombillo de luz. Además el agua caliente no se regula correctamente.
Deben proporcionar mas jabón de baño si la estancia es de 5 adultos o más. Pero considero que no es nada que no se pueda remediar.

The hotel grounds were beautiful the room was nice. lovely views of the mountains.
The hotel was farther out from everything. If you didn’t have a car you had to call a taxi. The road to the hotel needs a lot of work but no fault of the hotel. The hot water? No hot water no hot water.
Reception lady. She followed up on all our requests fast and was very kind.
Good air conditioning
Location is awful. The road to the accommodation is the worst. Taxis struggle and no one wants to pick you up there.
Pool is tiny.
They say it’s newly opened but more like a poorly done renovation. If you look at the details it’s not luxury at all. Furniture is new though.
Kitchen is not well equipped (not even a knife for cutting fruits or vegetables).
Water in the shower gets warm not really hot.
Tbh Don’t understand why any of those earlier (all Panamanian) reviews don’t mention this - seems suspicious.
