Pros:

The rooms were spacious

Cons:

The staff was non professional and misbehaving.
I requested multiple times for the cleaning, provision of soap, shampoos etc but provided very late and only once.
The hotel agreed to accept my check between 12 am to 1 am but they charged me extra for the same day.
They blocked my room card, even though my booking was valid. My mother and I had to wait for more than one hour.
Pathetic experience
