The behaviour from the reception we booked a triple room and i paid fpr that but at the time of check in the guy who is sitting in the reception told us they don't have option to accomadate three person in a room,the room is so dirty and faul ordor from the room as well as the batj room,this kind of hotel will spoil ur crediability in your customer mind , me and my friends not able stay togather and we lost the happiness in that stay

No AC working in the room
Pros:

I booked for AC room and i paid full amount But the room ac is not working and i am sleeping in hot room complain for 3 times but still not resolve this.. Contacted OYO i am didn't getting any issue sorted
