Super Lage, Super freundliche Gastgeber
Pros:

Die Lage ist definitiv Top, sehr nach an der Iskiklal Strasse aber auch ausreichend entfernt um die Hauptstrasse nicht zu hören. Personal wie auch Inhaber sind sehr sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Wir waren das erste Mal ,aber ich würde immer wieder gehen. Preisleistung ist nicht zu toppen. Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer mit Terasse , Aussicht war grandios.

Kitchen does not have hood, can not cook because of smell.

It is very central and the price seems fair plus the staff is friendly

Cons:

The photos are not like reality the room we had was zero equipped for four people, no places where to put your stuff in the bathroom. The kitchen is old and the overall room is sloppy and would need a redo of the floors and the painting

non ci e piaciuto perche abbiamo pagato per fare il check-in. 4 ore prima cosa che non ci era comunicato prima. la stanzia adorava di un cativo odore il banjo pure e abbiamo pulito e lavato il banio da noi dicono sul sito che si regola la stanza come siamo uschiti e rintrati il primo girno non cera nulla si stitemato neanche i letti i ascigamani li stessi come lo abbiamo lasciato. anche su i cuscini abiamo trovato machie di rossetto

Great location and convenience
Pros:

Great location, great area to be in, central close to the historical sites but also nice hipster vibes.
Spacious rooms with all that was needed for a large group of 8, quiet, comfortable beds.
The staff were friendly and easy going, organized shuttle service to and back to airport for a good price, and were able to organize shuttles for other things such as Hamam for free, and good tips for cafes/restaurants.

Cons:

It was published as one apartment for 8 people on the website but in fact it was two apartments next to each other on the same floor so that wasn't exactly right but in the end turned out fine.
The inside was clean but the bathroom was in parts old, things were broken, hair dryer was rusted, places to store stuff weren't enough. Like closet had no shelves so it was hard to store things so well. Random bits of things just hanging there, that could be just repaired but it seems again a different perception of basic needs as this was common everywhere in bathrooms in cafes.

A convenient place for families and groups coming to explore Istanbul.
Pros:

A comfortable apartment hotel right on Istiklal Avenue, with a huge number of cafés, shops, and supermarkets nearby. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. Most importantly, the hotel has an elevator — which is quite rare in this part of the city.

Cons:

There was no coffee maker in the room — coffee is only available at the reception — and the bathroom could use a bit of an update. Otherwise, everything was great overall.

Расположение хорошее, завтрака не было, но рядом с отелем есть хорошие кафе, очень дружелюбный персонал, не высокая ( относительно) цена

Cons:

Номер с очень старым ремонтом, выглядит бедно, готовить было бы невозможно - практически нет посуды, старая перекошенная электроплитка. Номер был с двумя спальнями. В гостиной диваны не раскладываются. По ночам громко кричала какая то птица. Номер был на втором этаже, окна в крошечный дворик- окна в окна, поэтому занавески открыть нельзя было.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Royal Taksim Suites. The location is excellent—very central and just a short walk from Taksim Square and 1 minute walk to Istiklal Street, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport, yet still calm and comfortable.
A special thank you to the reception team—they were incredibly kind, professional, and available 24/7. No matter the time, they were always ready to help with anything we needed

Pros:

Расположение идеальное, на ресепшене персонал был приветлив, нам нужны были бокалы- дали,открыть вино -дали, соль-дали, зонтики есть (4 шутки точно было), номер сам большой , на 1 этаже всегда была вода. Есть плитка, стаканы, кострюля, сковородка, столовые принадлежности, чайник, фен.

Cons:

За 5 дней ни разу не убрались и не выкинули мусор. Но это для на не является минусом, на первом этаже есть место для мусора, сами выкинули.
