Vi synes der var en utrolig god service. Vi benyttede os af muligheden for at besøge Mwezi som er der søsterindkvarterin

Jeg kunne lide alt ved det her sted. Der var rent. Behagelige senge. Maden var god. Personalet var yderst hjælpsomme og venlige. De gjorde helt klart vores ophold bedre. De var meget professionelle men hyggede sig også ved gæsterne. Mine børn elskede de søde unge medarbejder som dagligt brugte tid til at sludre lidt. Vi kunne nævne alle de søde medarbejdere alt fra den venlige vagt, receptionen og de søde folk fra restauranten. Vi vil klart anbefale det her hotel til andre. Husene havde alt hvad man skulle bruge til at lave mad. Vi fik lov til at tjekke ud senere og generelt følte vi at de vi gøre meget for at tilfredsstille os.

Cons:

Næsten alt var perfekt. Så det her er små ting.
Vi ville elske at der var et tørrestativ til terrassen da vores våde tøj og håndklæder hang på alle stole og borde udenfor.
Jeg kunne se at nogle af kvinderne der arbejdede på hotellet bærer tørklæde når de ikke er på arbejde. Jeg synes generelt at det er trist at mange hoteller foretrækker at kvinderne tager tørklæde af på arbejde pga. turister. Det havde ikke gjort dem mindre venlig.

From checking in to checking out the experience was one to remember.

Geweldige tijd gehad!
Pros:

Een prachtige villa op een privé terrein waar luxe en genieten samenkomt.
Wat een voorrecht op zo’n plek te zijn. De ruimte, de kunst aan de muur, de inrichting; alles is fantastisch! En dan ook nog een privé zwembad.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit exzellentem Service!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, die Anlage ist einfach ein Traum. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und fürsorglich. Die Sauberkeit der ganzen Anlage war sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Alles war super für uns. Es ist ein ruhiger Bereich von Jambiani, wenn man etwas mehr Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars am Strand möchte, kann man in den Nachbarort Paje gehen (5 Minuten entfernt).

Outstanding place and service
Pros:

Wow! The best place we have ever stayed, the residence is incredible in every way - absolute paradise. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect stay, they are extremely friendly. We never wanted to leave. Special thank you to Joshua, Wanda and Sabri, it was a real pleasure getting to know you.

Vacances reposantes dans un cadre paradisiaque.

An ideal place to relax in Zanzibar.
Pros:

Large, spacious villa. 3 bathrooms. Comfortable sofa in the living room. Kitchen equipped with essential cookware and utensils for cooking. Two clean swimming pools and a gym. You can truly relax.

Cons:

A definite downside is the monotonous and mediocre breakfasts.

Welcoming and amazing staff, good food and nice faicilities
Pros:

The staff is warmly welcoming and nicely detail-focused. Sabri, Alex, Veronika, Joshua, Wanda, Happiness and the full team was going the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and solve our problems. The cleaning team is also really nice and they always make sure you have drinkable water in your fridge.

The food from the kitchen is amazing. Breakfast has a fair variety of dishes to chose from, but the specials of the day... Oh my god. We had some grilled seafood and caribbean chicken. Amazingly spiced and perfectly cooked. Good job chef.

The facilities are really nice and clean. Our villa had two bed rooms, big living room with tv and a kitchen island with stove. Fridge and freezer too. There were 3 bathrooms and 2 showers, 1 working room, and AC in the living room and all bedrooms. Also a small garden in front and direct acces (20 m) to one of the 2 swimming pools and restaurant. There is also an open gym were you can find all dumbbells from 5 to 25 kg, some weights machines, yoga matts and mirrors.

Paje (town with shops, cafes and beach) is a 10 min drive, they have some taxis for 20 dolars there and back, and the staff can arrange also a taxi from or back to the airport, 1 h 30 min drive for around 45 dolars. Jambiani has also a beach which you can reach with a nice 10 min walk. Oasis Residence can also organize certain trips which you can book in advance and some of them are quite nice, like thr Uzi Island or the trip to Niamembe.

Overall, we had all we needed for our stay. Facilities and food were really good and the stuff was great. I cannot wait to visit them again or one of their other 2 properties in Zanzibar.

Cons:

Sometimes we had electricity outages, but they were really fastly solved, so it is not a real issue.

Une oasis de luxe, calme et volupté, avec deux très belles piscines au milieu d’un jardin magnifique

Tout était absolument PARFAIT !
L’hôtel porte particulièrement bien car c’est une oasis au milieu du village de Jambiani… on s’y sent tellement bien que l’on n’a pas forcément envie de sortir dîner à l’extérieur.
Tout est particulièrement beau : la décoration très chic, les deux piscines magnifiques, la végétation luxuriante, etc…
Les villas sont magnifiques et parfaitement bien équipées, avec beaucoup d’espace intérieur (env. 100 m2) et beaucoup d’intimité préservée.
Elles sont nettoyées deux fois par jour… ce que l’on trouve plus habituellement dans un établissement 5 * !
Le personnel est absolument exceptionnel : toujours à l’écoute, souriant, efficace etc…
Les massages sont très bien, avec un tarif raisonnable.
Quand au restaurant, il a énormément de charme - comme tout l’établissement - et on y magne délicieusement bien, les pieds dans le sable, dans une ambiance des plus romantiques…
