Good bed but mold grows
Pros:

Good bed, strategic location next to a modern kopitiam, large room, high ceiling

Cons:

Water leaking and paint chipping in large part of wall near TV and window (Room 5), some of it have yellowish molds

My kid sit in there to do things, which is not good

No kettle and fridge too

Place is surprisingly clean making the stay very pleasant.
Pros:

Sheets and towels are white and very clean. Whole place is neat and clean as well. One of the room has issues with the digital lock and needs to be repaired. So that caused a little inconvenience.

Cons:

Digital lock is not working for 1 of the room. Caused a little frustration cos it was very warm outside the corridor.

Cozy Homestay at Kluang, Johor
Pros:

The gating system in which the tenants can access it anytime 24/7. Really an interesting method for a Homestay concept. We truly felt safe and protected.

The parking space is onsite within the Homestay lot.

The check in style is unique, in which we only needed a code to press on the room handle. No keys or cards.

The facilities and common areas are clean and well maintained.

The Host, Mr. Soon is friendly and answered my questions and calls promptly.

An underrated Homestay at Kluang. Lemme drop the first review for this cozy Homestay.

Looking forward to stay there again whenever I come to Kluang.

Cons:

Nothing, wish that we could stayed longer.
