Victoria was the soul of the the hotel everyday we would see her at least once and she was making sure that everything in our stay were as pleasant as they can be. I ended up getting really bad sunburn on my foot and Victoria was extremely helpful in getting a nurse and then a doctor to arrive to tend to my burn. After that incident she always remembered to ask me how my foot was. Whenever we needed something a little extra like an ice bucket for example Victoria was more than willing to help. The food is far beyond what I expected for an all inclusive. There is live entertainment and a love paino every evening for dinner. The staff are always friendly and down to earth and will joke around with you. I certainly recommend going you get great value for your money.

Небольшой и очень уютный отель. Стильные зоны для отдыха, комнаты после реконструкции , свежие. Очень приятный персонал, особенно Виктория. Невероятно приветливая и отзывчивая. Понравился Snack bar, где делали вкусные блюда. Потрясающий вид на горы, чистый и ухоженный пляж, персонал заботится об отеле.
Для тех кто любит тишину этот отель не подойдет. До 23:30 вы точно не уснете, так как слышна музыка не только из отеля , но и из соседних. Для 4* отеля еда неплохая, для тех, кто привык к all inclusive 5* отелей будет недостаточно разнообразия. Достаточно мало мяса, часто представлена курица. Но соответствие цена качество замечательное.
Отель в европейском стиле. Тихий, уютный и очень красивый. Персонал дружелюбный.
Море чистое, с частным пляжем и большим количеством лежаков, находится максимально близко.
Еда очень вкусная абсолютно вся. Потрясающий вид на горы. Коктейли хорошего качества, алкоголь не жалели.

Ideální dovolená pro páry s luxusním servisem a skvělým jídlem
V hotelu Rose Garden Premium v oblasti Beldibi (Kemer) jsme strávili necelý týden a byla to naprosto fantastická volba. Pokud hledáte obrovský resort, hledejte jinde – toto je nádherný, menší a útulný hotel, což mu dodává úžasnou atmosféru.
Co bych chtěl obzvlášť vyzdvihnout:
Gastronomie (5 hvězd): Jídlo bylo zkrátka úžasné. Vše neuvěřitelně chutné, čerstvé a s perfektním výběrem. Tady si kuchaři zaslouží obrovskou pochvalu.
Obsluha (5 hvězd): Personál je neustále usměvavý, milý a profesionální. Servis je tu na naprosto špičkové úrovni.
Pláž s bílým pískem: Hotel leží přímo u pláže, která má jednu obrovskou výhodu – je na ní bílý písek, který ani v tom největším horku nepálí do chodidel. K dispozici je také skvělé hotelové molo.
Večerní zábava: Komu se nechce večer jen tak sedět, hotel má vlastní venkovní klub, kde se konají skvělé večerní diskotéky s parádní atmosférou.
Důležité upozornění na závěr: Tento hotel je absolutně ideální pro dospělé a hlavně pro páry, které si chtějí užít klid, dobré jídlo a večerní zábavu. Naopak ho vůbec nedoporučuji rodinám – děti tady nemají absolutně žádné vyžití. Nejsou tu pro ně přizpůsobené aktivity, a proto je to tu pro dospělé taková oáza klidu.

The hotel's setting is beautiful, with mountains on one side and views of the sea on the other. The location is also convenient, with a relatively short and straightforward drive to and from the airport.
The overall experience fell well below our expectations, especially considering we had booked and paid for a VIP room.
Many of the basic amenities we would expect were missing. There was no telephone in the room, so every request required a trip to reception. There was also no coffee machine or kettle, meaning we had to leave the hotel just to get a morning coffee. The room did not include an iron or ironing board either. Instead, ironing had to be arranged through an external service at an additional cost, with long waiting times. For an all-inclusive stay, these extra costs and inconveniences were disappointing. We also found it difficult to work in the room or lobby because there were no conveniently located power outlets, and staff could not provide an extension cord.
The hotel also offered no breakfast boxes or alternative breakfast option for guests with early departures, which is a fairly standard service in many hotels. Beach towels had to be returned before 7:00 p.m. each day; otherwise, fresh towels would not be available the next day, making the process unnecessarily inconvenient.
The room was poorly soundproofed, with frequent noise from outside, neighboring rooms, and housekeeping. Cleaning was inconsistent, often requiring reminders at reception and sometimes not taking place until late afternoon. The complimentary bottled water was also frequently left in direct sunlight and arrived warm.
Customer service was another weak point. Most staff spoke very little English, and there appeared to be poor communication between reception and the guest relations representative. As a result, requests often had to be repeated several times or were simply ignored.
Finally, the shared facilities felt overcrowded. There were not enough sun loungers for the number of guests, and the meal service hours were surprisingly limited, with staff closing the dining area promptly at the end of each service.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rose Garden. The food was absolutely fantastic, with a great variety and delicious meals every day. A special thank you to Victoria who made our stay even more enjoyable with her friendliness and excellent service.
Every morning, towels were placed on the beach chairs very early, reserving them which meant we never got the opportunity to use the chairs on the wooden deck.

We had a lovely time here. The food is exceptional and the cocktails are made well above the standard of any all inclusive that I have been to. Our stay was made even more comfortable with the inclusion of Victoria. She is absolutely wonderful and tried her best to accommodate our stay in every way possible. We had a bottle of English Sparkling wine and needed a bucket to cool. Once we let Victoria know that we needed one she was more than happy to help us.

I liked the overall concept of the hotel. It is quite cosy and elegant in terms of architecture and facilities. There are plenty of rose bushes near the entrance and elsewhere around the venue which does make the place truly reflect on its name.
The staff are quite lovely and helpful. I could only recall Ali, Victoria and Eduard by name. However, everyone in the team was quite nice, as well, which is a great asset for the hotel.
My priority for seaside vacations is always the quality of the water and the beach - and this venue didn't fail me. The water was majestic, with very reasonable number of people in peak times, making the swimming experience both enjoyable and relaxing. I wish I had stayed longer! There is also a very convenient and elegant pier which allows great entry deeper into the sea bypassing the traditional beach zone. The pier has sunbeds and umbrellas to protect from the sun, which is quite convenient to alternate between swimming and lying. They remain on the pier in the evenings creating a wonderful space to enjoy the view of the sea, the sky and the moon - great for both solo relaxation, as well as for romantic endeavors. There is also a large outside pool within the main hotel area - but I did not use it.
Rose Garden can also boast quite decent food options. There is the main hotel restaurant with seats both inside and outside, an a la carte restaurant nearby (which I've attended only once - and it was great), a seaside cafe (which, unfortunately, I barely tried, but heard that it's good), as well as a very nice coffee place with sweets, ice cream and barista made coffee near the entrance and a mini bar inside the hotel. Both the variety and the quantity of available food was quite reasonable. The timings for food (breakfast from 7:30 am to 10 am, lunch from 12 pm to 2 pm and supper from 7 pm to 9 pm) were sensible. There is also a lovely mini venue next to the pool with live music and drinks in the evenings.
The only noticeable downside has nothing to do with Rose Garden itself, but with its neighboring hotel: they seem to have more of a partying concept and organize discos in the evenings. The latter are usually loud and may go on until 11 pm in the evenings. As my room was up and closer to that hotel, I could hear the music. However, somehow, it did not ultimately disturb my sleeping patterns or overall stay in Rose Garden. However, if you are a light sleeper, it might make sense to bring some earbuds and to maybe ask for a room that is further away from this neighboring hotel.
A few words on the coffee place near the entrance: it is a lovely venue with good coffee and choice of sweets/ice cream. However, it would be nice if the team could add the option of having decaffeinated coffee (they don't have it currently) and oat milk. It would also make sense to change the opening hours of the coffee place from 10 am to 6 pm to 6/7 am to 4 pm, for instance, - after all, most people prefer to drink their coffee early in the morning :)
And also a very minor note regarding the lamps on the pier: their angles are a bit edgy, so it might make sense to add a bit of protection on these sides, perhaps.

The hotel’s location, the staff’s conduct and the quality of service were excellent. We would particularly like to thank Ms Ceyhan, who is in charge of customer relations. We were also very pleased with Mr Rüştü’s warm and friendly manner at the Snack Bar. The meals were extremely tasty and there was a very wide variety on offer. We also appreciated that the rooms were cleaned with great care every day. Nothing at the hotel is ordinary or done haphazardly just to get by. You can feel the care and attention paid to guests everywhere.

Отель очень красивый, ухоженный, чистый, персонал приятный, еда очень вкусная и разнообразная, каждый день добавлялись новые блюда. Особенно хочется отметить ресторан А ля карт, безумно вкусно и красиво!
На пляже и у бассейна играет хорошая современная музыка, которая добавляет атмосферы. По вечерам играет диджей, и два раза в неделю выступает латиноамериканская группа, нам очень понравилось!
Не хватает хоть какой-то минимальной анимации. Да, это больше как релакс бутик-отель, но в списке услуг была заявлена аквааэробика, которую мы ни разу не наблюдали за 7 дней. Один раз только был акваджампинг, на который к сожалению нам не удалось попасть.
Плейлист диджея по вечерам часто и густо был скучным (однако, если собирался кворум, то музыка становилась лучше), но очень сильно зависит от компании отдыхающих, нам повезло, что во вторую половину нашего отдыха мы познакомились с веселыми ребятами, которые и сделали весь движ.
Не хватает больше активностей и человека, который бы всех подбадривал и создавал приятную атмосферу, как будто отдыхающие сами себя должны развлекать

Ayrıca doğum günümü planlayıp sürpriz de bulunmaları ve Alacart Restauranttaki akşam yemeği sunumu da ayrı bir incelikti.114. Farklı otel deneyimim olarak tekrar tatil için değerlendirebileceğim tam bir fiyat performans hoteli, her şey için teşekkürler 🙂

на территории есть еще кофейня, в которой различный кофе, десерты и офигенное мороженное!
В основном ресторане большой выбор и все вкусно!
Каждый день много вкусных фруктов!

Очень довольны отдыхом. Красивый инстаграмный отель, все чисто, еда вкусная, ужин в а ля карт 10/10, от сервировки до вкуса блюд.
