Pros:

The staff was welcoming, the atmosphere was cozy and harmonious, and the hotel was well looked after.
I stayed in March, and although the beach facilities and some areas weren't accessible due to the off-season, I was pleased with the service, the spa, the room's comfort, the calm, relaxing atmosphere, the lovely garden and exterior, and the beautiful views around.

Infelizmente eu fui num mês que é fora de temporada e algumas coisas estavam fechadas , mas estou ansioso para voltar no verão quando tudo estiver funcionando. Vai ser muito bom👍

We would like to thank first of all Viktoria for fulfilling our wishes.
Pros:

Meals were very delicious. Turkey is famous for good kitchen and both of us were very satisfied with reach choice of meals served in buffet form. All Staff members including Viktoria , Ceyhan, Burak, Serkan did their best to care of us in the most perfect way. Thank You

Cons:

Weather was not the best, but I think Hotel Staff has no influence on it.

L’hôtel était propre, mais sans Anne sans rien à faire sans rien à manger. Juste une honte cela aurait dû être prévu dès

La réservation parlait d’un buffet pour le petit déjeuner, chose qui était inexistante pendant tout le séjour. C’était une assiette sous cellophane. Juste scandaleux pas Piscine pas de Restaurant. uniquement le sauna, mais en demande avec deux heures pour le réchauffer. Aucune ambiance.

Atención del personal a nuestra llegada, habiendo hecho la reserva 2h antes. Check in rápido. Zona muy tranquila en la que se puede descansar. Nos fuimos por la mañana después de desayunar.

Cons:

Localización, está apartado y resulta fácil aparcar. Además está junto al mar. Tiene un jardín bonito y cuidado, al igual que la recepción

El desayuno ha sido pobre, un plato frío sacado de la nevera. Pero lo que menos me gustó ha sido recibir un wassap de una empleada en la que me pedía que en la reseña la mencionase de forma positiva sin haberme atendido directamente. Si que fui atendida por sus compañeros que se portaron de forma profesional en todo momento y no han usado mi teléfono para pedir reconocimiento.

Man kann sich in diesem Hotel gut erholen. Eine Massage lohnt sich.
Pros:

Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt, stilvoller Lobbybereich, freundliches Personal.
Liebevoll gepflegter Garten und süße Katzen
Vor allem die Massage von Natali im SPA-Bereich hat sehr gut getan.

Propreté et entretien du site, amabilité du personnes

Cons:

Pour un prix modeste, l hôtel proposait un dîner. Nous sommes arrivés à 20h30 et il n y avait rien car on nous a dit que c était trop tard.
Le petit déjeuner n était pas au niveau d un hôtel de cette catégorie. Il n y avait ni œuf ni jus de fruit.

The hotel was nice, even tho they didn’t put us in the main building, but in the annex, which was very dirty and much worse than the rest. Overall, the surroundings of the hotel, such as the garden, were nice.

Don’t come during the winter season. All of the amenities shown in their pictures, such as the beach, the food areas outside or the breakfast buffet were non existent.
The building they put us in was very dirty and without a front door. The room was like in the pictures, but the bathroom was very dirty, with no ventilation, so it was smelling horrible. The door of the balcony was not closing completely, so it was very cold during the night.
