Pros:

The staff was super friendly and accommodating! We loved how the lobby had coffee, drinks and pastries available all day long. We also took advantage of the games offered! Great location right outside of the busier parts

Super!!
Pros:

Easy going atmosfere, tasty snacks, good music in the lounge. Friendly staff, very supportive and great service. I forgot my ereader, they found it under the bed and immediatly sent it to the next hotel where we slept.

Cons:

Nothing, this is a great place with good value for money. You won’t regret staying here.

Très satisfait rapport qualité prix top !!
Pros:

Emplacement génial, le métro est à 3 min à pied le quartier est très tranquille. Pas mal de bon restaurant à côté et vraiment facile d’accès ! Ménage parfait, chambre vraiment correct. Buffet à volonté de viennoiseries très agréable toute la journée !!

Cons:

Qualité du couchage ( il faut aimer la fermeté )

Pros:

Super Lage. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Gemütliche Lobby mit Snacks und Getränken. Haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und würden sofort wieder buchen.

Perfect stay, great staff, perfect area
Pros:

The hotel was amazing! We had such a great stay.
The staff went out of their way to help me find my iPad I stupidly left on the Shinkansen. The lobby area with drinks and delicious bread and pastries was also a great touch. I can’t wait to return

decent place, construction, small room and lack of breakfast moves it down a notch
Pros:

they didn't have breakfast. they had a pastry bar, though, that was nice. we took full advantage of the coffee, juice, and sweet rolls. there as one particular one with jelly that was really good. wish they would have put that one out more. the location was what we were looking for. close enough but not too close.

Cons:

the rooms were a little small but comfortable. my first impressions weren't great but after five days the place grew on me. the construction across the street can be loud and annoying. and an eyesore as far as our view went.
