I was traveling alone with my two young daughters after they had spent over 12 hours playing in a softball tournament. We checked into the hotel at 8:44 PM expecting a safe and quiet place to rest before driving home the next day. Unfortunately, the environment we encountered was anything but safe and was not appropriate for a family with young children.

When we arrived, there were numerous individuals loitering around the property. We observed homeless individuals openly consuming alcohol and what appeared to be using drugs directly outside the hotel entrance and near the guest rooms. There were also women sitting outside hotel rooms wearing only underwear and bras, creating an environment that was extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate for my daughters to witness.

In addition, there were groups of men sitting in their vehicles with loud music blaring throughout the parking lot. As my daughters and I walked to our room, some of the men began catcalling and making comments toward me, which made us feel intimidated and unsafe. As a mother traveling alone with two young girls, this behavior was alarming and caused us significant concern.

Throughout the evening, there was constant yelling, profanity, and disruptive activity outside our room. We also noticed police officers repeatedly entering and leaving the parking lot, which reinforced our concern that there were ongoing disturbances at the property.

Although we checked in at 8:44 PM, we were actually inside our room for only about 45 minutes. After checking in, we left to pick up dinner from a nearby store before returning to the hotel. When we came back, we attempted to settle in and go to sleep, but the loud music, shouting, and ongoing activity outside made that impossible. I became increasingly concerned for our safety. At one point, I even placed a bat and chair against the hotel room door because I did not feel secure.

Ultimately, I made the decision to check out at 10:55 PM and drive 1.5 hours home.

The first room was a smoking room, it smelled so bad, & it was not cleaned. There were used towels on the floor, bed messy, trash on the counters.

The second room was slightly better, still smelled like smoke even tho it was a non smoking room, but then there was a dead roach on the floor.

So we left & didn't stay at all.

The beds were way smaller than expected and it was very unsafe. There was people outside being loud and the atmosphere didn't feel comfortable at all.

The room’s A/C was not functioning properly, leaving it extremely hot and stuffy. Although it was blowing air, I couldn’t lower the temperature. I checked in late and turned on the A/C, assuming it would eventually cool the room, but I woke up a few hours later drenched in sweat. The windows couldn’t be opened, which made the situation worse. When I called the front desk, I was told that maintenance was unavailable at that hour and, since the hotel was fully booked, no alternative room could be provided.

Hard to find parking by room

I didn't like that there was no shampoo or conditioner there as well as I had reserved a room with a king size bed and I received a froom with 2 full beds . Reserving my bed is very important especially when its for me and my love

Drug deals going on at night, random people parking with no slip of paper smoking dope, inside a huge disappointment my pillow sheets were filthy.
Never felt safe walking out to the car. There was a random person with all his belongings laid out and they’re paraphernalia was out

When I made a complaint the response given to me was “I was not here last night” when I specially said everyday that we were there

Dirty bathroom. Cheap soap. Parking and area is unsafe

I didn’t like the office staff member that worked there, didn’t like the area and didn’t like the size of the rooms
