Not at all comfortable- could be improved a lot
Pros:

There was no breakfast at the hotel. No good options for even tea or breakfast nearby. Very poor in this respect.

Cons:

Rooms / beds did not seem clean, we saw cockroaches crawling and requested that the room be cleaned again.Limited water kettles. Water pressure inadequate in the bathroom. Unclear hot water instructions. No Ac remote provided in one of the rooms. No pantry or breakfast area.
