Great room, fantastic breakfast buffet.
Pros:

Close to the Kunming Metro and Kunming South station. Great breakfast.

Cons:

All good.

Very good
Pros:

The hotel is located right next to a shopping mall and subway station, which is very convenient.
Staff were very helpful and kind.
The rooms are well appointed and comfortable.

Cons:

For room service, you have to pay via WeChat, which is difficult for non-Chinese guests. The hotel staff were very helpful in overcoming this issue.
It would have been nice to have more English language television channels too.
