Pros:

Almost everything was perfect. The room was gorgeous, the breakfast was delightful and the gym was well equipped including the Bluetooth sound system.

Cons:

The first night, the sheets smelled very strongly of some perfume that had been used to clean the laundry. It was so overpowering that I couldn't sleep. Also, the pool was inaccessible throughout the stay.

A nice place to stay in Silchar. True to it’s name, one gets good view of Borail hill range.
Pros:

1. Gym location, equipments and ambience is perfect.
2. Bar is really well stocked, spacious and has huge seating area.
3. Restaurant A La Carte menu covers various cuisine, food quality and taste is good, service is prompt.
4. Huge presence of security personnel at the entrance and generally in the compound is reassuring.

Cons:

- Detox water in breakfast buffet is a must nowadays, management can add this at little extra cost.
- Shower gel / shampoo not marked, difficult to identify.
- Reception issues only 1 room key card. Difficult to manage in double occupancy.
- Gym, bar and restaurant floor location should be displayed inside the elevator.
- Bathroom door is too heavy. Closing noise from adjacent room also is very loud and disturbing.
- Restaurant staff arguing among themselves in loud voice during breakfast.
- Front desk staff can sport a more smiling face.
